What lipstick/gloss are you wearing right now? I was wearing Cosmo lipstick by MAC but I got annoyed at all my makeup and took it off… haha. So now, if anything’s left, it’s MAC lip conditioner with lavender (in the pot, no color).
What blush do you always reach for? Now, Maybelline Light Nude (from the new Fit collection), or… NARS deep throat, or Too Faced rose.
What mascara disappointed you? Maybelline falsies… used it twice and don’t reach for it anymore, I just own better.

i love my nars blushes but somehow when im confused and dont know which blush to wear i always go back to milani’s mai tai blush, its pigmented, its easy to blend, its matte, its a coral-rose, goes with everything, holy grail!
What mascara disappointed you?
i love the brush of the josie maran volume mascara, but not the formula, it clumps and also i find my lashes falling out a lot when i use that mascara.
What lipstick/gloss are you wearing right now? No lipgloss, just Jack Black lip balm. SOOOO worth the $7.50
What blush do you always reach for? lately, Benefit Bella Bamba. That will probably change next week. 🙂
What mascara disappointed you? Tarte’s Light, Camera, Lash. $20 worth of clumps. Yuck.
1) Jubilee by Mac, with a Bobbi Brown clear lipgloss on top. It’s to stop me from gnawing at my lips 🙁
2)Pale pink my Bobbi Brown. I usually don’t even need to swipe my brush in it, it’s so pigmented! (I just lightly touch the surface). It gives a great doll-like look.
3)Bourjois Volume Glamour: it clumps like crazy!

– Anddd… L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes was initially a dissapointment – I kept applying and then taking it off, it looked that horrible. Which is really quite extraordinary, hardly any mascara is unworkable with a bit of effort, imo. A week or to of sporadic attempts, and it dried out just the tiniest amount, and now I love it. Tons of volume, good separation and colour, lift… yeah, good. Finally 😀
I had to laugh about your comments on the Loreal mascara. I felt the exact same way. Didn’t work after several tries. After it dried out a bit, it works beautifully! I didn’t even make the connection until I read your comments.

I’m wearing Kiehl’s mango-scented lipbalm, no lipstick. I don’t wear more than mascara and brow pencil (and foundation, if my skin is looking rough) to school.
As of now, I’m still using the really pink (forgot the name…) Emmanuel Ungaro blush from the MAC Collection; I may have a heart attack when I run out.
Finally, I am really, really disappointed with the Maybelline Volum Express in the coral tube. The Falsies is under the same Volum Express line, but the coral tube did not give either volume or length and it flaked worse than an ex-boyfriend. Really, really bad. Just stick to the Falsies collection.
Lipstick- the new Clinique Chubby Stick in A Whole Lotta Honey
Blush- MAC’s Fleur Power, its the perfect coral shade not too orange not too pink, brightens you up for winter and gives such a nice glow for summer.
Mascara disappointment- MAC Zoom, there is sooooo much excess left on the brush and left my lashes clumpy.

The only one I just can’t use, from the many I own (my favorite makeup item!), is Lancôme’s Hypnôse. I hate hate hate how it always makes the lashes stick to each other and also always looks like I pushed the brush into the lashes, making them look gross, no matter how I apply it.

I haven’t really used many mascaras besides Maybelline Great lash and a discontinued L’Oreal lengthening mascara (can’t remember the name). But any thickening mascara (L’Oreal/CG) has always disappointed me. I haven’t changed mascaras in about a decade though.

I wasn’t really disappointed by the European dupe for Covergirl’s lash blast (Max Factor’s False Lash Effect), but I also wasn’t blown away by it.

Currently on my lips is Revlon colorburst lipstick in Blush. I always reach for Maybelline dream smooth mousse blush in soft plum, but only because I am trying to use it up. The glitter in there bothers me. I usually go over it with a cheapie blush, like ELF Tickled pink. And mascara… I can never find one that doesn’t make me panda eyed =(

mascara: I was initially disappointed with Maybelline Falsies because I’m a huge fan of their Colossal Volume one… I hated the spoon brush, but then i got used to it and bought a second tube cuz the formula’s great.

What mascara disappointed you? Based on the hype, I had high hopes for L’Oreal Voluminous and L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes and both were terrible on me. The first is a clumpy mess. The second seemed to eat up my lashes and make them incredibly sparse.

I have been recently obsessed with my Rouge Artist Intense MUFE lipstick in 45, or my OCC lip tar in Hush! My go-to blush is Nyx Silky Rose, and I was ridiculously disappointed by my DiorShow mascara, the scent is overwhelming and always made my eyes water when applying.
Right now I am wearing Plumful + Win Win by Mac.
For Blush Nars Orgasm, I really love the color but it fades away so quick for me…Am I the only one?
And for the mascara, L’oreal Telescopic really hate that mascara!
You can use Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Peach Satin to hold Orgasm Blush… I had the same problem and that helped me out! 🙂

Wearing no lipstick now but the last lipstick I’ve worn was PLEASE ME by MAC. I love it! I have to apply my Mac Lip Conditioner first or it gets to dry my lips a bit too much as it is extremely matte and pigmented.

My favorite so-called everyday blush is number 103 by KIKO. I like it because it’s an adorable pinkish peach color with a hint of shimmer. Lately I’ve been using two multicolor blushes by Essence as well – the first one is called “Fashionista” (pink and light brown), the other one is “How Cute Is That?” (Peach and medium brown).
What mascara disappointed you?
Rimmel Glam Eyes – super cute packaging and good quality but I hated the applicator. It took me ages to apply it and never looked as good as I expected it to be.

Usually it was Dainty by Mac but I recently fell in Love with Laura Mercier blush in “Lush Nectarine”
Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black, I was looking forward so badly to try it and when I finally did, I hated it. It doesn’t hold my curl at all (I use Shu Uemura) and it transfers/crumbles on my lower lid. I really don’t like it.
Maybelline Stilletto is my favorite!

My favorite blush for the fall is MAC Raizin, I like Breezy for the Spring
I would have to agree that the Maybelline Falsies is terrible! I just stick with Great Big Lash 🙂

3 – Dior Show, definately. The brush is way too big for my short lashes, it adds no volume or length. Maybelline does a much better job!
I’m actually impressed that many people don’t like Maybelline Big Eyes (pink and green tubes). I have tiny lashes and until now, they were the best mascaras I’ve ever tried.
I also like L’oreal telescopic, it does wonders for my tiny lashes, but they make a little mess, I have to admit.
For me, almost every mascara is terrible. They work for people that has big lashes, wich is not my case. Examples:
DIORSHOW: The black isn’t very black, it’s kinda brownish. The brush is huge, it almost blackens my whole eyelid! It curves nothing, it does basically nothing, and I almost never used and it’s already super dry. 24 dollars to the garbage can.
AVON: Every single mascara they have. I bought every single one of them, they’re all crap. The only one that does ANYTHING is Spectralash, but it clumps like hell.
LANCOME: I don’t think it does anything spetacular, my maybellines are better then them all.
MAYBELLINE STILETTO: I bought this thinking it would be as great as the big lashes, but i was wrong. It’s really bad.

What lipstick/gloss are you wearing right now? I don’t really like lip gloss for I usually wear them as lip baum around the house; however on the rare occasion that I do wear lip gloss, I wear ELF Lip Shines or Revlon Super Lustrious lip glosses.
What blush do you always reach for? For the last 3 years, I have only worn one brand of pressed powder blush and that is La Femme and my favorite La Femme blush is Plum Frost and Golden Sunset.
What mascara disappointed you? All of Maybelline mascaras I have tried to date followed closely by the Rimmel mascaras.
