Stila Curacao Sparkle Eyeliner Review & Swatches
Stila Curacao Sparkle Eyeliner
At Last – Stila Curacao Sparkle Eyeliner
As promised, Curacao! 🙂 It’s so pretty, I couldn’t just slide it into the original post without some sort of fanfare! Stila describes Curacao as a sparkling violet blue. I found it more blue than violet, though. At best, you might argue indigo, but I think it’s more of a rich, navy blue with electric blue shimmer. It’s bright without being neon; dark without being black.  Curacao has nice color pay off and glides on as easily as the other shades in the Sparkle Eyeliner family.  It’s an impressive formula, and if shimmer in your eyeliner is your thing, you’ll probably enjoy Stila’s new liquid liner.

jeje nice I live In Curacao 🙂
I live in Curacao which is a Island on the Ned Caribbean 🙂
The color is crazy vibrant! I think this would look perfect for summer with a gold and taupe eyeshadow combo. Going to check out your full review now 🙂 I’ve been considering picking one of these up.
OMG I have died & gone to eyeliner heaven! oh boy this is so super gorgeous! Gotta get 1 now 😀
I’m super happy, why? because Curacao is the name of my island 😀
Ahhh—this is GORGEOUS! I NEED it :X
This is on my wishlist. 🙂
I need this one! Unfortunately I didn’t order this when I ordered my other 4 (turquoise, purple, brown and khaki ones) and now it’s sold out on BeautyBay. This is permanent though, right? I really hope it comes back in stock.
They should be! 🙂
Ooo – thanks…any other places on line to suggest to shop for these? I will check Sephora.com – have a funny feeling if I make the major trek to get to an S store, they will be out of the shades I want. I am convinced enough from your review Christine to order without playing first on these.
AHH..NOW THIS…I will be running…Ok…pulling out my credit card to order online asap!Beautiful color! WOW! A MUST HAVE FOR ME….I’ll skip the Platinum crackle “maybe”…and buy 2 of these instead! Thanks Christine!
Unfortunately, I disliked the formula of these liners. They chipped off my eye, and ended up in my eye (painful), not to mention they actually stained my skin for days. I had swatched all of the colors on my hand before deciding to buy one, and that too stayed for a couple of days despite BalmsAway and massive scrubbing. I ended up returning it, which makes me so sad, it was so beautiful.
Oh no….good that they lasted on your hands so long…but not good they flaked off your eyes. I wear contacts when I can tolerate them that is… that won’t do at all if they fracture off and get into the eyes! Ouch! I am also wondering if it was so hard to come off your hand, how to get them off your eye – I really don’t want to scrub, tug and pull at my eye area to get my make up off. I also hate to drag out the oil to get product off my eyes. Thanks for your input…I was ready to buy on line – I think I need to hike to Sephora now and play first…though Sephora is really good about returns bought on line or in store.
I need to get to a Sephora store to play with these….I am up for working with a liquid liner again and find a # of these shades in this collection really pretty. Also that tip really looks like it would be something I could work with well to get the line the way I like it. I need/like to do a cat eye with my liner. It helps open up my eyes – and if I am in a glasses day – my eyes show up better behind them with that look as well too.
I swatched these and love them. Curacao is my favorite 🙂
I have 2 of the Stila Sparkle Eyeliners and love them. They go on easy and stay where you put them. They also didn’t irritate my eyes. MAC’s gold liner (don’t remember the exact name) looks pretty but makes my eyelids swell and hurt so I guess I’m allergic to something in it.
What a gorgeous blue! Hope our local Stila counter has them soon so I can go play with these 🙂
It looks like it will bleed a lot.
I just picked up the Bora Bora one and I love it.
