The swatches look like eyeliners.
I have the 15 year anniversary set.
I am not going to get greedy.
Will skip this one.
Love to see how you grade it.

I have most of these, and there are a few I won’t get much use from, but Bordello has been on my “list” forever, Flatline & West are great neutrals, & Flashback is sooo pretty (although it does look likena UD single I have…), so the cost is justified if only for those 4…

I have Flashback already, but OMG, these swatches are gorgeous!! I don’t see any duds at all, very impressive considering how many blue and purple shadows are in here. And all of the colors will go great with my brown eyes. Yep, I think I need this!

Okay, now I feel silly for being so pessimistic earlier. Someone commented below that these look like eyeliners, and I agree. I can’t decide; if I get it, it would be only the second palette I’ve ever purchased. I love the colors and finish for pops of color, both as shadows and with my liner/sealer, with neutrals, and to bring out the overtones or undertones in some of my more complex duochrome-y shadows.

So on the fence …

Okay, just to add – I was looking at the Dupe List simply to see which shadows I had (I wasn’t sure about a few) and when I saw them (I do have them – Voodoo, Madness, Prank, Bordello…) and saw the ratings, my first thought was “Is Urban Decay deliberately trying to release a palette of F rated eyeshadows?”

THIS ONE over Vice 4, for SURE. Disappointed in the Vice line in general and the new one isn’t looking any better than previous iterations. But this one looks promising!!! Love the colors. Own a couple of them already (deep end, bordello) but if it gets a B or better, I will buy this! This one seems to be a way better “deal” price per ounce than Vice also. I wish Grasshopper and that other beautiful and more complex green next to it (forget the name) were in this one, instead of repeats from previous palettes.

C-note! That’s it. Beautiful. Also Arctic, Flame, and Crowbar!! Arg I wish they had a MUCH better create your own palette system like Inglot, Buxom, Mac, MUFE and now even Nars do! Cmon UD get it together and overhaul that whole system with discounts for multiple singles in a much bigger (and more compact) palette!

This is highly tempting to me because I only have one UD palette, so these shades would be completely new to my collection. I will see if I can get this as a birthday gift. 😀

Quinctia Avatar

It’s so pretty. And most of the colors are ones I have or would like. Which is kind of the problem, in terms of purchasing it, myself: I straight-up don’t need it. If I didn’t have a sizeable collection already, I’d be all over this. Plus? No plain black shade. And, with the other 15th Anniversary shades showing back up here, it’s too bad they didn’t find a way to work Half Truth into the palette. It goes great with Omen, and would probably work well with the rest of that second row.

Hey Christine! So this will launch exclusively in UD’s site but does that mean it will be exclusively sold there? Will it be available through other retailers at a later date? Just wondering how I can get my hands on it since UD doesn’t directly ship to Canada quite yet. Thanks!

No mattes…

Deep End and Junkie look very close to to one another. It’s like the electric palette allover again. Lots of cool blues and teals but less warmer tones.

I feel like this is in direct competition with KVD’s upcoming rainbow palette.

I really love this. Vice 4 is tempting and just different enough but if i can only have one of the new palettes I think this is the one. Will go nicely with the new kat von d palette.

ilovemakeup Avatar

Wow, it seems like there’s a palette with some good quality blues, greens and purples! It’ll definitely round out my collection (if it gets a good grade)! 🙂

Chi-Chi Avatar

I like this one too, but I feel like….there’s too much blue.
And I love to look at blue eyeshadow so I always buy it, but I never wear it.
So it’s probably a good move to pass on this for me.
Or I’ll be fiscally irresponsible and get it anyway.

omen!!!! jdsksd and all the swatches look beautiful how sad that i’m kind of afraid of wearing bright colors without looking like a clown. i’d love to see how these review

This is a thing of stunning beauty! All these luscious jewel tones! I actually thought I had commented on this post, but nope. Between this, Vice 4 and also Too Faced Stardust Vegas Nay….oh man, I’m gonna be one broke Glam-Granny! ?

Is there any way for you to find out when UD Spectrum palette will be released? October 20th was yesterday, but there was no sign of it anywhere, other than eBay…
