Interesting idea, but the texture and pigmentation on most of these look pretty bad (a couple look like they’d be very uncomfortable to wear). Molten Bronze looks okay in both respects, and it’s the color I like best, but I have no need for it.
They kind of look like the same issues MAC had with their metallic collection a few months ago.

Not super impressed but a few of these look like they might work really well if paired with a liner. Will stay tuned for a full review to find out about wear time and how they feel! There are definitely some pretty colors.
I like the look of Gunmetal. Also, I continue to be just so thrilled that all sorts of colors are available at the drugstore now!
IDK, a couple look ok, but most of the swatches look very streaky, and they look clumpy and drying on the lips

You know, Maybelline launches are so different in each country, but this time I wouldn’t be sad if these don’t make it here. They look gross.
Molton Bronze and Gunmetal both look like some very interesting shades! However, idk if it’s me or do these seem very dry looking? Hoping it’s only an optical illusion!

I like both of those too, but I have KVD NaYeon and NYX Cold Hearted, so I’m veering away from Gunmetal (though if those really are blue sparks, it would make it different from the other two, but maybe not different enough).

I think some of these would be really nice lip toppers—namely Smoked Silver, White Gold, Silk Stone—if you don’t want to do a gloss (or whatever formula/finish the Urban Decay ones have ? ). I certainly need Gunmetal in my life, please and thank you lol!
These don’t look metallic at all to me. Just based on the swatches, they don’t look good at all. Total bummer. I had high hopes.
I have serpentine, gunmetal, and the smoked silver and my lip swatches look nothing like yours. Mine are really great pigmentation compared to yours
I wonder if they can be very different depending on people’s lips. I’d be curious to see the difference if someone used a lip primer first.
Molten Bronze and Gunmetal look pretty good but a lot of these look pretty dry and patchy which is a bummer since they’re a unique offering from the drugstore!!!
I like Gunmetal, Hot Lava, and Copper Rose. The bronze one reminds me of Urban Decay Conspiracy.
I like Hot Lava and Copper Rose, just wish these lipsticks were more opaque. They’d be a great alternative to all the metallic lip colors higher-end companies have put out so far.
Love the green duochrome action in Molten Bronze! These were surprisingly nice! Molten Bronze was so creamy and pigmented it applied like a dream! Also got White Gold and Silk Stone, love Silk Stone but haven’t gotten to wear White Gold yet!
I almost bought the copper and copper rose ones when I saw them at WalMart on Saturday but now that I’m seeing the bronze one close-up I might go for that one, too!
Hot Lava could be a great color on me, perhaps with a light touch on top of Jack Black or other good balm considering it, along with others, looks thick and rough. Or perhaps there’s a good dupe.

So glad to see Maybelline do some “risky/weird” colors as I can never bring myself to drop big $ on colors I won’t use often. Can’t wait for the reviews! 🙂
Hmm most of them look really patchy and dry… But that green shimmer in Molten Bronze though! I might grab that one if I find it.

Well, the last swatch I have of London Life looks nothing like Copper Rose, so it would not appear similar to my eye!
