Sneak Peek: Anastasia Self-Made Eyeshadow Palette Photos & Swatches
Anastasia Self-Made Eyeshadow Palette
Here’s a sneak peek of the new, limited edition Anastasia Self-Made Eyeshadow Palette ($35.00 for 0.35 oz.), which features fourteen eyeshadows housed in a slim, cardboard palette. From what I gathered, two shades (Pink Champagne and Hot Chocolate) are part of the permanent line and Buttery was released in another palette, and while Blush should be a repeat, the Blush included in this palette is totally different from the Blush I reviewed previously.

Those swatches look nicer than I expected! Interested to see how it reviews
This looks promising…pink champagne looks a lot better then it did in the shadow couture palette. Can’t wait for your full review.
First impressions are pretty good!
No No No! Your lovely swatches will not change my mind! I have sworn off ABH after years of buying their palettes only to be disappointed every single time.
This does seem to have swatched nicely, but swatches aren’t application. I bet it only get’s a B- or C+…at least that’s what I hope! 😉
I hear you. I have 3 ABH palettes and I never reach for them, so I won’t be tempted by this one. 🙂
I don’t know if it’s allowed at all or even encouraged but for the few on here that have an ABH palette they don’t use for whatever the reason may be, is it allowed for me to leave my email address in this post so that if anyone would be interested in getting their ABH palette(s) off their hands and would be willing to part ways with it at a decent forgiving price I would be so excited to hear from you. I have missed out on so many opportunities to purchase limited edition palettes and could never purchase it because of different reasons (unemployed being #1). Anyhow I only own one palette of hers and have been just dying to get my hands on a few of the other ones I have missed the opportunity to purchase. I grant my full permission to post my contact info. again if that’s allowed. If not then this post will probably never see the light of day and thank you anyhow. It was worth the try. My email is starfishkitty@cox.net or I can be found on eBay by searching users as starfishkitty77@cox.net
Yes, I have one palette from ABH and the quality is terrible. I’ve used it twice. I also can never figure out the randomness of the colors they put in the palette. I think I would use mine if I could figure out a complete look. It had an an idea book with it, but half the looks used the same orange shadow. Pass.
Finally a purple eyeshadow that has awesome pigmentation and POPS!!! Deep Purple, Isla and really all the others in this look very promising in the swatches! Decent mix of warm and cool tones, too. ?
I don’t think these look too bad. Anastasia is so hit and miss with their palettes. High potential for fallout going on here though. But, Ulta is generous with their return policy. Idk. I can’t decide. I have a few of her palette and the only one I used a lot was Tamanna.
I think Anastasia palettes are pretty much always a win for me!
So beautiful! I am obsessed with this palette! XO
Wow, the swatches look great! Nice colors too. I have enough dupes in my stash, but will be looking for dupes of Isla
The purple actually looks great! I like the looks of this palette.
Looks pretty good. Never tried an ABH. Probably won’t try this either, but it looks as if it will deliver…better than previous ABH, and better than some of my faves have: eyein’ you, MUG! btw, addiction was surfacing as i did 3 CEU courses. Couldn’t keep my hand off the Sephora order, then progressed to other stuff in-stash. Then reinforced my bad behavior by getting 100% on all the post tests. This is my break. Always nice to be distracted by new offerings.
Definitely swatched better than I was expecting. Looking forward to the review!
I’ve been going back and forth about getting this palette. I still really upset that I missed the Shadow Couture Palette.
This does look quite tempting. I don’t have eny ES from ABH, so reading the review will be interesting. Maybe the reason I don’t have any is due to the fact that I can’t remember seeing any. We do have most, if not all of the brow products. Strange. Maybe I’ve just not really looked.
Lovely palette but half the colours are too warm for me so I’ll pass. I do like the purple, pale pink and mint green though.
Just got my Ulta 20% off coupon and bought this and the LORAC Mega Pro 2! Can’t wait!
Looks really good, but not a must have. The Mario pallette coming next year might be better (as it took almost a year to make!).
This actually doesn’t look too bad!!! Love that minty green Isla! And the purple looks pretty good! Might be my first ABH palette if it gets a decent grade.
Wow, this looks nice. I love the variety of colors.
That swatched nicer than I thought it would!
Do my eyes deceive me or is that a smooth, pigmented PURPLE?!? …SOLD!
Looks awesome, I think I need this in my life!
The swatches in general look pretty good, but I think there are a few too many colours that are similar to each other – and yes a matte brown and black. OMG!
I was on Sephora’s website last night and saw this. Can’t wait to see the reviews as most of the swatches look promising.
I like this palette. I’m hoping your review is good for it.
Definitely looking forward to seeing how this reviews. Isla seems like a pretty unique shade.
I feel like all the Anastasia palettes have different variations of the same colours. If you have one you have them all…
I love Anastasia as a brand and used to buy all her palettes and hit pan on most of my shadows in Maya Mia, but after her last palette, I feel the quality is lacking which is a shame… so I won’t be picking this up. There are better palettes out there, but I’m curious about the review!
I love these colors. This actually looks like it would be a great travel palette. It has a few neutrals and fun colors to play with. I like to have both when I travel.
This palette looks even better than I thought it would! I’m looking forward to your review on this one. I’ve been really enjoying her last palette as the shadows work well on my drier lids.
This actually looks really nice, but I own so many eyeshadow palettes that I probably have a dupe for almost every color. I’m super excited for the Anastasia x MakeUpByMario collaboration though!
This palette looks nice in terms of quality and individual colours, but somehow I just don’t feel like they all work together!
For some reason, that selection of shades strikes me as something from a Sleek palette. It’s definitely interesting, anyway.
Anyone else think the packaging looks really cheap?!
Your swatches are making me want to purchase this. I will try not to give in, but the shades are so pretty!
Ooo, so many fun colors! Maybe the whole palette will do well and I’ll spoil myself! If not, I just hope there’s a good dupe for Isla. XP
Lawd these swatches look good! Why did I click on this?! I’ve barely opened my last ABH palette and I’m 2 seconds from throwing this one into my cart and calling it a day. There’s too many tempting shades lol
Just ordered this last night – it’ll be my 3rd ABH palette. I love the Tamanna and Shadow Couture palettes that I have and use them all the time. This one looks promising!
