Shiseido Fall 2009 Makeup Collection
Shiseido Fall 2009 Makeup Collection
Shiseido introduces its Fall 2009 Makeup collection, created by Shiseido’s Artistic Director Dick Page. The inspiration for this line was drawn from mosaic art, bringing a variety of different shades together to create a “full wardrobe” of colors, one that would fulfill a woman’s basic needs for every occasion. These colors are reflected in the new Luminizing Satin Eye Color Line, an elegant collection with the luminous look of fine silk. Available in 15 unique shades, this new interpretation of neutrals, pastels and brights makes choosing a color an adventurous pleasure. Each shade is meant to wear alone or in combination for an unlimited variety of looks for the season.

I love Shiseido! Can’t wait to see these in person!
gotta check out that mascara!
Love Shiseido, I’m definitely going to take a closer look at this in the stores.
I’m definately checking this out. Shiseido was the first brand I tried, so it will always be special 🙂
christine, i’m confused about the seasonal launch. there are only a few products you listed but the pictures show a ton of things. for example, only 3 eyeshadows are listed but a bunch of eyeshadows are pictured. also, where can i purchase in stores? saks? and the actual release date? is it available for purchase now?
They photographed *all* available shades, not just the new ones 🙂
It should be available now.
I’m oddly attracted to that mascara as well!
Can’t wait to read reviews about that mascara! And i saw on Sephora that Shiseido have a new eyelash curler?? What makes it different from their previous one… any one know?
That translucent powder has a lovely silver shimmer. Goes on smooth and lays like a shimmery veil. Not really for everyday use, but makes a lovely highlight.
The Hydro-Liquid Foundation is great! Goes on silky smooth and has medium coverage, loved it!
Hi Christine, do you think the yellow tone is suitable for brown eyes? I have a bright olive complexion and dark hair/brwon eyes and I look for a subtle colour to make my eyes look fresh. I use slate and brown, this works well, but I like more to wear lipstick instead, so I rather use bright colours on the eyes, also because I am wearing black glasses.
Btw Shiseido is really nice for older skin, the e/s are sooo creamny, blend well and last long. love’em, also their quads with crazy colours!
I think so! 🙂
