Round-up: Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Shine Lipstick Overview & Thoughts

Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Shine Lipstick

Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Shine Lipstick
($30.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a hydrating, luminous formula that has semi-sheer to semi-opaque coverage from the ten shades I tested. The full range includes sixteen shades, so if none of these have caught your eye but you like the idea of the formula, perhaps one of the remaining six may be more up your alley. They have longer-wear, as they have a slight tackiness that helps keep them wearing longer, despite having a very hydrating, emollient, and glossy formula. My personal favorites were Blossom Bright (A) and Surreal Sun (A-).

My wallet is so mad at me! lol..I ordered Blossom Bright and intriguing yesterday. Surreal Sun is next on my list!

lol! They’re hard to resist πŸ™‚ I’m contemplating whether to pick up the others — probably will wait a bit (been really trying hard to get through my backlog during the lull between seasons) and/or until there’s some sort of sale.

I don’t buy any of the Estee Lauder brands anymore, but I must admit these look pretty good, at least the pink and red shades.
I like Bright Blossom best, but I’m sure there are dupes, some of which I may already own. πŸ™‚

Since you’ve been reviewing these, I’ve definitely added a few more to my list. Blossom Bright and Pink Dragon. πŸ™‚

I love Intriguing the most – I think I am more of a fan of the colour envy ones because they are ‘heavier’ but these also attracted high ratings, which is great to read. It justifies the high price of them. Thank you again Christine for an excellent review.

Personally really love Intriguing and Charmed! I love that all of them have a juicy, slightly translucent look to them and that they are hydrating and pretty long wearing to boot! Thank you so much for reviewing all of these as well as the regular Pure Color Envy Sculpting lipstick range!
