The color is beautiful, but it is so runny that feels like it has oil in it. I don't enjoy a product that just feels from the first moment that is going to transfer everwhere. I haven't tested it with eyelid primer under it, but that is the point. And when you you blend the color is practically patchy and no highly pigmented.
