The Body Shop's Community Trade olive oil is hand-picked and cold pressed in the Cilento National Park in southern Italy. Known as "liquid gold" in the Mediterranean, olive oil has been used for thousands of years in cosmetics for its nourishing properties, as well as for cooking and as an offering to the Gods. Our Trade partnership has provided us with olive oil to instill in our skin care range to soften, hydrate and smooth your skin, and has provided members of the Nuevo Cliento cooperative with jobs in their home cities. The Body Shop Olive Body Scrub reveals brighter, smoother skin with exfoliating crushed walnut shells and crushed olive stones in a creamy body scrub. Best for normal to dry skin. Community Trade olive oil conditions skin. Sunflower oil moisturizes and softens skin. Carrot oil and root extract replenish lost moisture and nourish skin.
