I love the majority of the Magnificent Metals eyeshadows that I own, but Pixie Dust is my favorite. Once I got the hang of mixing the product with the liquid primer on the included tray, I did not find it hard to apply. I tried applying with the recommended silicon brush (Stila #37), as well as about 10 other brush types. I honestly had the best luck applying the product with my finger, I found it easier to blend that way. With all of these I typically apply a powder shadow in a similar color as a base. I've not had any issues with creasing or fading since I added that step. The reason Metallic Pixie Dust is my favorite shade is because it is so versatile. I can use it to add a bit of shimmer to other shadows, or I can build it up and layer it on to make my lids super glittery. A few of the other colors do not give you this option, as they go on super pigmented. I try to use just a tiny bit of primer, as the bottle is very small. And screw the lid on TIGHT. I had one dry up on me because I didn't make sure it was on tight enough. The price is relatively steep, but for me it was worth it. I tried "dupes" at first, but they were nowhere close to the real thing. This is the shadow I get the most compliments on, because it is so unique.
