The cream-to-matte formula has the full-coverage pigment of a liquid lipstick & applies like a traditional lipstick. It’s color-true & infused with Primer Oil Complex so lips feel light & comfortable. Line lips with precision tip, then fill with color. Close cap tightly to avoid drying out.
