K-Wow is described as a "soft cool pink." It's a light-medium, blue-based, milky pink. On lips, it looks like a cotton candy pink with strong, blue undertones. It does settle into lip lines and doesn't seem to smooth out/even out. Both NARS Coeur Sucre and MAC Pink Nouveau have similar coloring but are both more opaque that they aren't that similar.
