Teen Queen Nail Lacquer ($10.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a mix of "neon blue glitter and satin baby pink hex and square glitter in several sizes [with] blue shimmer." It's a mix of brightened, almost cyan, blue and pink glitters--the pink ones seem to be primarily the larger square and hexagon-shaped glitters, while the blue is across sizes. There's an iridescent blue shimmer that dances in the background. All of the glitters are suspended in a clear base. I applied one coat over Color Club's Over the Moon, and then I applied two coats of it alone on my thumb nail. China Glaze Pizzazz is more multi-colored. See comparison swatches.
