Guerlain L'Oiseau de Feu (901) Vernis Nail Lacquer ($25.00 for 0.34 fl. oz.) is a clear top coat with gold leaf suspended in it. It's a top coat that you have to dab and pat on, fish a little bit, and manipulate to get enough flakes on the nail without them overlapping. I showed one coat applied with minimal fussing on my pinky nail, so you can see how poor that went. Dior Golden Shock (001) (LE, $28.00) is very similar--at most, slightly smaller pieces.
