Matte Charcoal

Matte Charcoal is a medium-dark taupe with subtle, warm brown undertones and a matte finish. It had sheer coverage with a soft, velvety texture that was incredibly powdery and prone to sheering out without the included primer, which it did perform well over. I did not find that it was buildable without the primer, though, and when I used it over the primer, it was pretty opaque from the get-go. The eyeshadow did blend out well and stayed on well for nine hours over the included primer.
