ColourPop Wish Me Luck Pressed Powder Highlighter ($12.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a light-medium pink base with moderate, warm undertones paired with lighter, peachy-gold pearl that gave it a subtle, satiny sheen. The blush was more powdery in the pan and didn't adhere as well on my arm, but I didn't have any issues when working with it on my cheeks (which is something I've experienced with ColourPop's blush formula in the past).
