I'd say that's a rather apt description! It's a vibrant, slightly cool-toned lime green with soft shimmer. Cult Nails Deal With It is warmer, darker, less neon. China Glaze Cha Cha Cha is also darker, moer golden, and not neon. China Glaze Kiwi Cool-ada was the closest shade that I could think of, though it has a cream finish.
