If you could only pick one blush to wear for the rest of your life, what brand and color would you choose? Why?
Thought lipstick was fun, why not do blush… Tom Ford Love Lust, Burberry Earthy, bareMinerals The Natural High, or Benefit Sugarbomb… I’d probably pick Earthy only because it’s very versatile!

The Balm’s Hot Mama. It’s very flattering on me, isn’t overwhelming or too glittery, and can be sheer or built up. Plus it doubles as a shadow!

I don’t like these questions! Hahah it would be so hard to pick, but if I had to I would choose Benefit Coralista. It works great for my skin. I can wear a little for a natural look but it’s pigmented enough to get drama for a night out.

Probably either MAC Well Dressed or Dame…both suit my skintone very well and give me a nice, natural pink cheek that looks good no matter what.

Well that is a question I seem to have a different answer to every season. Rest of my life is a huge commitment. I suppose this season I’m still in lust with NARS Dolce Vita.

Depending on how I build it, I can look anything from neutral, to contour, to plumy blush on me.

Probably NARS Deep Throat …upon purchasing it I didn’t realize how much I would use it. It’s one of those I didn’t realize how often I used it until I look at the huge dent in the product haha

I’d pick a warm coral in a powder blush with a satin finish. MAC’s formulas are usually by favourite, but I’m still looking for that Holy Grail. Of the ones I own, I’d probably pick thebalm’s Sexy Mama or Benefit’s Rockateur. Impossible to overdo and always look good!

Milani’s Baked Blush in Terra Sole! It is a matte brown-based pink. It has the muted aspect that I enjoy with blush yet, I can still tell that I am wearing blush. I love it!

I love miel glacΓ© too it’s sooo gorgeous. I guess if I were allowed to pick a second one that would be my pick.

Benefit Sugarbomb!? I can’t believe you can see it. It’s the sheerest blush I have ever seen. I have NC15 skin, and I have to layer for like 10 minutes before I can even tell I’m wearing anything.
If I could only wear one blush, I think I would probably just give up on makeup altogether. The whole point is being able to create something totally new each day.

A while ago I would have said NARS Dolce Vita (because I only owned a couple of blushes), now I’d probably go with MAC Breezy (looks great on my skin and never goes ‘sunburnt’ on me), or MAC Sunbasque (doubles as bronzer, can go from subtle to dramatic).

I love the Milani Baked Blush in Red Vino. It is the most divine blush I have ever used. It’s not matte but it’s not too shimmery and it is absolutely perfect for my skin tone.

MAC VIRGIN ISLE Cream Color Base

On my winter pale skin it gives me a nice redish flush, while in summer, on my tanned skin, it gives a gorgeous warm orangy tone to my cheeks.
Plus it’s a cream so hello dewiness!

This is a sore spot for me. The blush I would wear for the rest of my life would be Smashbox Gingersnap blush. It’s super versatile. I love it and wear it a couple of times a week. Unfortunately, when I went to repurchase it, I found out is has been discontinued. I never thought I would be so upset over makeup, but I truly wanted to cry when I found out.

Hands down it would be Chanel Joues Contraste in Malice. I’ve yet to find a more flattering color or formula on me. My holy grail blush!

I think if it would have to be either MACs Blushbaby or Ben Nyes Nectar Peach. I think I’d probably go for MAC though. It’s very versatile.

I actually do wear the same blush most days. Clinique’s sunrise glow is by far the most flattering blush shade on me. It looks natural. I have freckles and find blush to be one of those beauty products that are usually more miss than hit.

This one’s a whole lot easier for me than the lipstick one. It would be a toss up among Tarte Natural Beauty, Bobbi Brown Pale Pink or perhaps MAC Dollymix or Frankly Scarlet. I’d be happy with any of those, but probably Natural Beauty would be my first choice as it’s so versatile for me and it lasts so well.

The thought is positively tormenting to me.

Chanel Joues Accent, Chanel Joues Rose Bronze, TF Flush, NARS Madly.. would be contenders. 3 of them are nudeish shades with varying finishes and Flush is uber bright and gorgeous, but always makes me feel and look great, so it would have to take top position.

Don’t take my blush away! πŸ™‚

I guess I’d pick something very neutral, perhaps Addiction Tea Rose cheek stick (if I went for a cream) or MAC Blushbaby (if a powder).

NARS Douceur or MAC Brit Wit; both provide a natural flush, with just enough color to complement a “natural” look, yet not overwhelming with an intense eye or lip. If I had to pick one over the other, though, it would have to be Douceur, as it is absolute perfection with my coloring.

This is a very hard question! To answer the question, if there’s only one blush I would want to wear for the rest of my life, it would be Chanel Joue Contraste in Frivole. I love how its apricot shade go well with many different looks. It’s so finely milled and looks very natural on.

Illamasqua Powder Blusher in the colour Morale.
When I first got it I was so intimidated by the unusual colour, along with the fact that I am so fair.
But then when I tried it I was so blown away by it, it really makes me just glow!
Beautiful! Wouldn’t want to be without it!

I have loved BB pot rouge from its beginning, but have recently discovered Chanel powder Joues Contraste powder blush– its also a strong contender for me!

Oh– the shades– I love BB in powder pink– Chanel in Accent. In the summer, I also loved LM Ritual ( LE) — swirled blush/bronzer.

MAC powder blush in Peaches. It’s the only blush I own that I’ve even made a dent in. It’s perfect for almost any look I do, just a flawless flush.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed! I feel so beautiful every time I wear it and I really feel like I could keep wearing it until I’m on my deathbed haha!

This is definitely WAY easier for me than the lipstick question. My cheeks are naturally very red, so I don’t have to blush unless I manage to get all of my red covered. If I could only pick one, it would be guerlain 4 seasons terra cotta bronzing powder on 00 nude. I know it’s not technically a blush, but its super versatile for me. It has a beautiful pink shade that I use as a blush. Sometimes, if I want to downplay my red cheeks, I use the “bronzer” shades more as a blush than a bronzer. I also use it to do a light contour or just to add some warmth to my face because I’m fairly pale. When I bought it, I thought I would never use it, but I love it. I’ve had it since it first came out in the spring and use it at least a few times a week-I haven’t made a dent in it yet, so I’m getting my money’s worth.

That’s tough. I’d be difficult to choose between theBalm’s Toile and Swiss Dot. I guess I’ll go with Toile because it gives a great flush.

Being that we are all beauty addicts here and we can’t pick just one I’ll go for the one brand which is Nars and then it would be hard to choose between Deep Throat, Madly or Sin right now I can’t choose. And MAC’s Mocha and Melba also top my list.

Tom Ford’s Savage. Compliments everything, smooth, buttery texture and it’s beautifully flattering for medium dark skin tones.

It really does!! I wore Lokum last weekend after months of ignoring it and I really love the way cream blushes look but with my oily skin, I get 3 hours wear time πŸ™

Try layering a powder blush on top, if you don’t mind losing some of the effect. There are also cream-to-powder blushes (from the brand Alverde which I think is German) which work really well on my oily skin.

Blush is one of my favorite beauty items so I have several favorites but if I was stuck with only one- it’d have to be Nars Deepthroat. So beautiful.

Another interesting question I can’t believe I missed. I should really go back to logging on to Temptalia more often. 😐

I think I’ll go with Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed..? It’s not my favorite color and just my second most favorite blush brand (next to NARS), but if it’s the only blush I’ll be able to wear for the rest of my life, I think it’s the most versatile.

I’m going to miss NARS Sin, NARS Mata Hari, NARS Orgasm, and NARS Gina, though, plus a lot of other Tarte and MAC shades. πŸ™

I have only just started wearing blush recently and i cant believe what i have been missing out on all this time! Ive only got a couple and intend on buying many many more but i would have to say Nars Deep Throat πŸ™‚

My complexion is NC50 and MAC’s Love Joy would be my all time fav. However since a lot of people posted NARS Taj Mahal, I think I’m going to try that one next.

This is so hard for me, because I am a blush person! I have a large collection of blushes and when I wear different shades, it makes me feel completely different. It is the most fun thing in makeup because it transforms your face and gives you so many different subtle effects.

Of course if I had to I would choose my favourite blush, which is Sleek’s Sunrise. The effect of that is my favourite because it makes me feel mature, strong and confident. It makes me feel like a woman rather than a girl.
