Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I hate ordering from the PMG site. I placed my order the day these launched and the status is still unfulfilled. They never seem to be staffed appropriately for these “major” releases. Next time I’ll wait and order from Sephora.

I’m so sorry! I’m always floored when I hear the state of PML’s customer service- I feel like no other brand could get away with it

Agree. Charlotte Tilbury has a lot of big releases and I never have to wait more than 48 hours for the product to shop. Most of the time it ships the next business day.

I completely agree. Even though PMG has better sales when ordering direct, I will never, NEVER order from them again. I have also stopped supporting the brand (in other words, I won’t buy from Sephora or Bluemercury either), despite the generally high quality of the products. I’ve never experienced such atrocious, then nonexistent, customer service in my life. I am still battling an issue from early January. How I wish I had read the Trustpilot and BBB reviews / complaints before ordering (or searched Reddit)! Truly, PMG’s misconduct is almost unbelievable for a brand that still gets such acclaim, and as Laurie noted below, it’s hard to imagine any other company getting away with it.

Christine, I know you’ve taken ethical stances on companies in the past. While I fully acknowledge this is a different, lesser flavor of failing than something as paramount as supporting Trans rights (for example), do you have thoughts on PMG’s issues?

I’m super fair, but, like the shade nude honey. I’m still using last year’s Bobbi Brown matte bronzer. Time to buy something new!

Luxe, pretty release. The lightest bronzer is a nice, rosy shade that’d be very flattering on my skin tone! Not interested in bronzers this expensive, but will check out dupes for sure
