It’s pretty thanks Christina . I’m getting it in Pr so excited
Nice complement palette to pair up with the Glam Midi! However, I just feel that it lacks enough depth and dimension to get a full look on someone with my own or darker skin color. But, this is why I bought the one Mel Thompson put together before she passed away. May still get this one for all those blue-green and minty shades, though.
I got Mel’s version last week and it’s beautiful.
110% agree with you, Robin! After swatching it all up my arm, I was in love with how Mel envisioned it. It just sucks that she’s not here to see ND’s version and give us her thoughts on it.
It looks good! Thanks for getting swatches up so quickly.
Very pretty colour combinations here and generally the swatches look good, except for Fringe. Is there one too many greens in here? Could Fringe have been another softer toned neutral?
Agree, Fringe out, a softer satin neutral in!
this is what i thought the retro would look like all along
It’s been a while since an eyeshadow palette excited me. I will be picking this up tomorrow!
Love the look you did! Such pretty mint greens.
This palette has fascinated me since I saw it the first time. Although I’ve never worn these colors, I’m very tempted! If it doesn’t work for me, it will be perfect for my granddaughter with hazel eyes.
What do you think of these colors with a light- medium neutral complexion and blue-gray eyes?
I love it when you include an eye look!
This is so not me in any sense so it is an easy pass. I appreciate the swatches because they confirm my original thoughts.
With you on this not being “my style”, but it looks like the midi-retro the fans of the mini-retro were looking forward to, so I am glad they are getting their sagey green/peachy palette.
Muted goodness! It looks very different than Mel’s version, and I appreciate both. Beautiful eye look Christine!
I wish I liked this color story more because I love ND. But the green/peachy pink combo is one of my least favorites on me.
