Natasha Denona I Need a Nude Collection Swatches
Natasha Denona I Need a Nude Collection is an extension of the holiday launches from the brand and includes a mini eyeshadow palette, Zendo, which will be a Sephora-exclusive until mid-November, along with two new “nude” lipsticks and a limited edition highlighter. Here are swatches!
I really like the mini palette shades and think they work together quite well, but I am not a fan of the lipsticks – far too nude for me.
Love the Zendo Palette and highlighter a bunch! I pretty much knew I would. Even though Zendo has a very unusual color pairing, it somehow “works”.
The two lipsticks are just too light. When I saw them on Alicia @kinkysweat, I was legit surprised that she rather liked Maria because she is my “skin twin” and I just know that Maria would give me corpse lips! Then again, she has dark eyes for some contrast, and I don’t. So, there is that to consider.
This palette is so beautiful. I already have too many similar shades, but this one is very tempting. Just used my Mini Gold again the other day, and her shadows are so nice to work with. I also love the name and idea behind the palette.
Just when I though that beauty brands were starting to get that there’s no single “nude”… we still have a long way to go in terms of inclusivity
These are two additional shades to Natasha Denona’s range of “I Need a Nude Lipstick” range that has 18 shades, which goes very light to very deep!
I’m getting the palette and prolly trying Maria I’ve never tried their formula. I’m thinking on the highlighter. I was gonna order today but then I saw the sale on the 30th so I’ll wait.
The eyeshadow palette would have been nicer if the Dazz had been replaced with another neutral shimmer that could have been worn on most of the lid like the Stripped shade. Like maybe a cool olive leaning shimmer or more of a silver-toned taupe. Dazz is too warm and too much like Uncovered, which I’d use as the transition shade; also it’s exhausting to see shimmer orange or rose in most “nude” palettes nowadays. And, of course, this palette is only “nude” for lighter skin tones.
I just bought the Zendo mini palette. After seeing it here and getting an email from an online retailer I buy from about it. Really love the colours in this.
Uncovered and Bare are super gorgeous shades and I’m tempted to pick this up. The issue are the other shades which do not seem terribly unique to my stash. If I can grab it on sale, I will go for it.
I love Andrea lipstick too. It would totally give me a mod look.
