We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Love the Zendo Palette and highlighter a bunch! I pretty much knew I would. Even though Zendo has a very unusual color pairing, it somehow “works”.

The two lipsticks are just too light. When I saw them on Alicia @kinkysweat, I was legit surprised that she rather liked Maria because she is my “skin twin” and I just know that Maria would give me corpse lips! Then again, she has dark eyes for some contrast, and I don’t. So, there is that to consider.

Just when I though that beauty brands were starting to get that there’s no single “nude”… we still have a long way to go in terms of inclusivity

The eyeshadow palette would have been nicer if the Dazz had been replaced with another neutral shimmer that could have been worn on most of the lid like the Stripped shade. Like maybe a cool olive leaning shimmer or more of a silver-toned taupe. Dazz is too warm and too much like Uncovered, which I’d use as the transition shade; also it’s exhausting to see shimmer orange or rose in most “nude” palettes nowadays. And, of course, this palette is only “nude” for lighter skin tones.

I just bought the Zendo mini palette. After seeing it here and getting an email from an online retailer I buy from about it. Really love the colours in this.
