Natasha Denona Glam Face Palette Swatches
Released this past week, there are two variations of Natasha Denona Glam Face Palettes ($59.00 each); each palette includes a cream blush, powder highlighter, three matte eyeshadows, and two shimmery eyeshadows. Here are swatches!
These are so pretty but I feel like I want to want it more than I actually want it, weirdly. The swatches look beautiful though!
The 2 metallic shades in the Light palette look pretty much indistinguishable to me…
Great concept but I would have gone for shades with more depth and contrast myself. It’s a no from me, dawg.
I was thinking exactly that. My wallet is glad!
Very cool concept, having it be almost an entire face palette in two different depth levels! Because it looks more unique, I’m leaning in towards the Deep version.
Argh, already sold out on Sephora dot com. I adore this! I wonder if I can find it in store…
I ordered the dark palette with my 20% Rouge discount, it hasn’t shipped yet. I’m looking forward to using it on my Christmas vacation.
I went in store and picked up the Dark face palette. It’s beautiful so far I like all of the colors on me. This is a great palette to travel with but of course since I’m a major color lover I’d have to bring along a palette with bright colorful eye shadows too. I’d love if Natasha did a colorful version of her Glam face palettes too! But I think a lot of people will enjoy these palettes.
I chose to order the new Huda Rose Quartz palette with my Rouge discount instead of the light version of this. I immediately decided I wanted both though but by the time I went back to order this it was sold out. Im hoping it comes back in stock before the sales over. Im still really happy I ordered the new Huda palette though, it already shipped so im hoping it arrives soon
Weird….in reality, the Light palette looks like it’s got 2 eyeshadows basically repeated to make up 5 shadows (little difference between 412 and 415; and the darker/matte shades basically look identical too). Same is true with the darker palette though there is marginally more difference among the colours. I loved the idea of this palette but not so much the actual execution of it.
It’s a no for me and I really wanted to want it. I love the concept. But, I own Biba pallette and a thousand other blush and highlighters so the colors just aren’t unique enough for me to add to my collection.
I think these are nice releases but admittedly I don’t find them all that travel convenient due to the fact that for a 5 pan palette, the metallics in the light palette are so close and from reviews I’ve seen, smoke and crease aren’t that different on the eye in the dark palette. For 5 shades, I wish she had included more variety, as for a travel palette I’d be looking for both depth and at least some dimension in terms of cool/warm looks.
The highlight also seems very blinding, which isn’t really to my makeup styles. It’s definitely glam as the name states, but I do like the concept and if she comes out with a version with either two blushes or blush and bronzer, I’d definitely be more intrigued.
I bought light via Sephora with my 20% off. It’s supposed to arrive Wednesday. This is the first makeup I’ve purchased since spring!
Seeing the swatches I’m a little underwhelmed. The blush is not speaking to me.
I’ll have to take a look in person.
These are beautiful, basic palettes for people who want simplicity. I love how Natasha Denona’s other palettes allow you to easily move the shades. Is this palette magnetic? It would be a great way to create new color stories out of other palettes.
I like the light palette even though I’m NC42! I’m liking the subtlety of it. I wish the palette had removable pans with future blush/bronzer/highlighter refills and mix and match from other ND palettes for the eyeshadows! That would have made this SO much more better. I wouldn’t want to throw away this product once I’m done with it! 🙁 Such a waste! So it’s a pass for me!
