For some reason this is really appealing to me. I wonder how it compares to colourpop’s luster dusts? I haven’t tried any of them but I hear they are quite glittery – I wonder if this is more of a soft sheen effect rather than sparkle. I’ve been wanting an orgasm-esque highlighter for a while (I suppose becca’s parisian lights is in that vein), but this has me quite intrigued. I’m excited for your review! (if you review it, that is)

I’m not entirely sure what sort of use Nars is marketing this as. A finishing powder? Or a highlighter? I’m not even sure that *they* know, either!

I am with you Nancy. I read the copy a couple of times trying to figure out if it was a highlighter, finishing powder or exactly what it was intended for. I am sure that it would be too dark for me as a finishing powder although I wouldn’t mind a finishing powder with a slight “orgasm” glow but I imagine this is intended as a highlighter which would still be too dark for me. Maybe a blush topper but I could just buy the blush for that so? Hopefully Christine will be able to shed some light on this if she reviews it!

There is a video on either Nars or Sephora (don’t recall which) showing this as a highlighter. Very strong gold sheen, similar to the blush.
