It’s already out at Nars counters (I haven’t looked, but I’m guessing it’s mostly in the more expensive stores). I wonder if Nars is trying to funnel their customers towards Nars counters so that they won’t get distracted by other brands. That might explain why they keep on sending brand reps to Sephora who help you with Nars and only Nars.

I really like the packaging of the shadow sticks, because it’s easy to see what color it is right away and kind of mimics what’s inside haha. And I might get the Yeux Irresistible Eyeshadow Palette; I really like the color combinations, but I also like the lighter colors in the second one, probably easier to make a complete eye look.

Love the size and variety in the palettes but I doubt I’ll buy these. For someone really into Nars and somewhat new to the line and maybe someone who travels a lot, these would be perfect. I’m leery of the pencils – I know some of the Nars ones are really bad.

ok. Thanks. I probably will pass on this one then and try to get the dual-intense palette coming out soon. Interested in the shadow sticks and multiple though. Although, I have so many multiples that get hardly any action. Thanks for the info!

Beautiful! Definitely grabbing Reykjavik and possibly Inoubliable Coup d’Oeil. Tilda looks amazing in the ads. NARS has been hitting out of the park with perfect casting choices. The multiple looks beautiful but I just might have enough NARS highlighters for now 😉

These definitely aren’t the colors I’d expect from a Spring release! During Spring I like to refresh my collection with lighter shades, so I won’t be needing anything here! I use the term “need” very sparingly considering I probably have enough make up to last a few lifetimes!

I’m a bit confused by the promo image…the heavy lower lashline makes the model look aged and it doesn’t seem to showcase the collection very well. :\

I thought the liner looked edgy rather than aging. It’s a clean, striking image.

I agree it doesn’t really show off the eye colors in the collection, though.

Hi Christine,

What a stunning cover image — and a beautiful play on dark and light perfect for spring! Both eye palettes are gorgeous, but I think the St. Lucia Multiple catches my fancy here! I’m really happy to see a light shimmery multiple, after what seems like a number of darker, pigmented shades.

The shadow sticks look interesting. Depending on how long lasting they are, I might be able to use them as liners as I do with the ByTerry versions.

Give them a try – I think you’ll be surprised! I’ve picked up 4 of the shadow sticks. They don’t budge. Quality is much much better than NARS shadow pencils.

Lol – Nunavut as the name of a velvet shadow stick?! Nunavut is the name of a territory in Northern Canada & where my dad was from (my extended family is all still there). My mom & I will actually go visit in July 2015. It’s the Inuit (Canadian Eskimo) land claim & the home of my indigenous roots! Can’t believe the brand went with that name.

The first/”warmer” palette is all permanent, with the exception of Colombo (vintage gold), although there are other golds available. The second/”cooler” palette has all new shades, withnthe exception of Pandora I & II.

I can’t believe it took any brand this long to have Tilda Swinton as the face of a makeup collection. Her exquisite beauty is simply incredible. That said I’m totally and completely in love with these palettes. I don’t even really use eye shadow and yet I can’t wait to put my hands on those babies!

I don’t like LE! It’s just not fair to fall in love with a product and not be able to buy it any more. *pout* I’ll probably try one of the eye pencils though : )

Mecca Cosmetica in NZ already has this collection in stores! Picked up 4 out of 5 shadow sticks (didn’t get the black one) and the Yeux Irresistible palette today.

The shadow sticks are super pigmented, smooth, matte and will not budge for love or money once applied! The palette is also mostly matte, very blendable, and works well with the shadow sticks.

Really impressed with the colours and quality of this collection!

The multiple stick is sold out at all Nordstrom stores and website, I was just at the store this morning and they could not even order it for me. I have called Neiman Marcus and Saks and they do not carry it at the moment. I even called Nars and they have no idea if it will be available at other stores at a later date.
