NARS Dual-Intensity Blush for Spring 2015

NARS Dual-Intensity Blush

For Spring 2015, NARS Cosmetics introduces the new Dual-Intensity Blush. Featuring NARS’ exclusive Translucent Prismatic Technology, the newly-imagined formula allows for multi-dimensional effects with a uniquely weightless, luxurious texture. Six modern shade pairings curated by François Nars offer a universal spectrum of hues that works across all skintones. Sweeps on dry for a bold flush or wet for a translucent wash of color. Dry pigments impart a natural glow that warms the complexion and fuses weightlessly. Dampen NARS’ exclusive Wet/Dry Blush Brush before application for a watercolor effect—dab over the apples of the cheeks and swirl in a circular motion to paint on a subtle tint. Designed in a sensorial, soft-touch square case with a modern magnetic closure, six luxuriously embossed duos heighten the art of transformation.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Hmm, interesting, you can use wet or dry. All of the shades are shimmery, hope they don’t emphasize pores, wish they had some matte shades in there. Curious to see how they stack up against the Hourglass Ambient Powder blushes Would love to see swatches and reviews!

Fervor looks absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait to see the review on these. I’ve been looking for a pink blush for a long time, but most pinks that aren’t coral/rose are very blue-toned which just doesn’t work for my skin tone. This one looks more neutral!

IDK if I can get on board with this product. I can see wetting an eyeshadow, but idk about a blush… I wonder how that would be to blend…
I think I would rather just use a cream blush and a powder blush…

Love the range of colours but I think I would half of one duo and the another half of another duo – if that makes sense. I think you would really have to try them to see which duo is the best for you. I would love to see a review of some of these products to see if they live up to the hype.

I work at Sephora and we got to play with these at a NARS training. The colors are beautiful, but I found that you have to be a little heavy-handed to get the pigmentation to pay off but they last all day. Hope you all love them!!!

If these are anywhere near as good as the Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow,I’m sure I will love them all.I will be using them as eyeshadows also!!I have all the shadows now I need all these and I have a great collection of the Audacious lipsticks. All the Nars new formulations have been on point
