Formula Overview
$7.50/0.053 oz. - $141.51 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be "water-resistant," "crease proof," "long-lasting" with a "creamy" texture that can "prime, define, and highlight with ease." There is a built-in sharpener as well.
The consistency was lightly creamy, smooth, and comfortable to work with on the curvature of the lid and lash line. The pigmentation varied from shade to shade as some were more medium, somewhat buildable and others were more opaque and buildable.
They were quick to dry down, so they were not the most blendable eyeshadow pencil I've come across and required one to work pretty quickly. I found fingertips to be easiest for blending as the warmth helped keep the product more spreadable.
Most shades lasted around seven hours on me before fading visibly on me, though they weren't prone to creasing... they just started to disappear.

Moira Caramel At Glance Stick Shadow
At this juncture, I’m fairly sure that I have more than enough light beige type eye pencils to use as bases for anchoring mobile lid shadows to. Although, none of mine are straight up matte, so perhaps one of the first two would fulfill that void!
Caramel is my pick out of the shades of this group., a lovely light sparkly colour, that would probably benefit from a bit of eye primer underneath.
Thanks for the reminder to use my Laura Mercier shadow sticks before they dry up entirely. THAT is my problem with virtually all eyeshadow sticks (though most are better than the Urban Decay ones….anyone else remember those?)
I’m trying to forget, LOL!
LOL!!! They were so good and so revolutionary at the time (I think I bought FOUR of them) though even when new, they were a bugger (can I say that?) to blend because they set almost immediately (well, immediately – scratch the “almost”) and they didn’t budge all day (a good thing) but then – useless in a very short time!
