Such a shame. I’ve lived wearing electric blue since the mid 2000s- this shade is perfect, but Lancôme’s Drama Liquid Pencil is not it! The pencil is completely dried out and does not mark. It’s not revivable with flame or a blow dryer either. I haven’t had a chance to even use it, but I guess once it’s done, it’s done. I don’t suggest purchasing.
