I had big hopes for this because of all the rave reviews, but it ended smudging like all the other so-called waterproof long lasting eye liners. Shortly after applying I was starting to get it under my eyes. Daily I had to constantly wipe under my eyes to remove it, it gave me raccoon eyes. The only long lasting waterproof eyeliner is the Make up Forever Aqua eyes. That stuff seriously doesn't move!

Not impressed at all. Didn't see a difference at all. I've used it everyday for a month, by itself and over foundation. It's like a regular powder nothing fancy.
