I used this eyeliner last night for my New Year's Eve look as an under eye liner. I like the color, but I felt like I needed to go over and over the line to help it show up. And it tugged a little, which was unlike other shades of Ulta's Atomic Liner. It was very affordable, but in my opinion, other shades (like the black, for example) perform better than this one. The redeeming feature of this eyeliner is that it lasted all night long.
I love Coastal Scents Hot Pots for their great value and long-wearing capability. I always use an eyelid primer, never experience creasing and minimal fading with these. There's a slight bit of fallout, particularly with the glittery shades, but overall the performance of these affordable shadows rivals that of higher-end brands. They aren't as creamy as I prefer, but they're not sheer or powdery either. I love how smooth they are and I've filled a Coastal Scents palette with gorgeous bright colorful shades that I enjoy when I'm feeling bold! The color payoff for these is fantastic and I really can't say better things about these when it comes to application: it's a breeze. They go on easy and I never feel like I need more than one pass. Building is not necessary with these- they are highly pigmented. You won't regret picking up a couple of these, especially in bright colors that may not be offered by other brands' permanent collections.
