This shade works perfectly as a contour shade on my very light and cool toned complexion. The cream blends easily and is very forgiving, but also provides quick pigmentation. For the most part, I prefer to use an old Elf blending eyeshadow brush to stipple the product in a line and then I blend out with the Real Techniques contour brush. I've also previously used my fingers with a lot of success. It is possible to sort of blend the product away, but personally I prefer that because I like a light or medium intensity contour.

This palette is an excellent option for adding color into a collection! I prefer singles over palettes, but I strongly recommend Sugarpill's Fun Size and would definitely repurchase if I lost mine. The shades require a bit of build up to achieve full opacity, but I also found them fairly forgiving. The packaging is also super cute; it has fun details, a cute heart shaped mirror, awesome cover illustration, and a nice magnetic closure. It feels good in the hand. I do wish it included a true blue though. In my mind it has a true blue but in reality it doesn't. Still a strong recommendation.

As soon as I saw this color I knew I had to have it - Escandalo is a really nice coral-orange that looks really bright and fresh. While the formula wore okay on me, the application is definitely a bit tricky. I found the formula overview on Temptalia gives a lot of useful information on the application process. I personally found the applicator shape strange to use and preferred applying with a fluffy Elf eyeshadow brush to get a softer, diffused look. If you're interested in this color, but want an easy application experience I would definitely look into the dupes for other options.

I would strongly recommend Auric Glow Lust! My shade is Morganite which has a bit more of a pale golden peachy tone than my actual skin tone which is very light. (If there was one shade lighter I would probably purchase it; but this formula and shade has a fair amount of flexibility). It gave my skin a nice, but natural and lowkey soft glow, but was still buildable. I preferred dotting it with my finger and then bouncing a sponge along to blend it out/build it up. However - possibly because my skin is so light? - I had to be careful to not cover up or obscure my blush when applying this as a highlighter along my cheekbones after base products. It didn't emphasize my pores or acne scars at all - a total standout in highlighting products for me. The component itself is really nice and reflective of the high price. I particularly like that the pump its pressure sensitive - you can dispense as much or as little as you'd like at a time! Oh and no discernable scent.

There's no lipstick bullet more beautiful than Lisa Eldridge's velvet lipsticks. I normally don't view my makeup as a collection (more things I use! than collect), but these lipsticks are stunning and def worth a spot as a collector's item (that is still used!) In her overview of this range, AmyLovesMakeup compared Beauty to Mac Mehr which is a forever favorite of mine. LE Velvet Beauty is a bit deeper; against my very light skin this shade reads as a medium (like on a scale of 1-10, light to dark, it would be a 6 or 7 for me) pink. It applies beautifully, a true matte without a heavy or dry feel. On my lips, which are a bit dry/sometimes chapped, the formula is slightly drying but not remarkably so especially compared to other matte lipsticks on the market.

I have dry lips that I sometimes compulsively chew - this formula from Fenty is really nice for giving a bit of color and moisture. My only complaint is that the bullet is a lil delicate! I'm also unlikely to buy a bunch because the colors are fairly sheer/overlap some.
