Macy's 10 Days of Glam - Starts 10/22!
Macy’s 10 Days of Glam event kicks off October 22nd and runs through October 31st. Each day, there will be products available for 50% off for 24 hours. You can also get free shipping on the featured products with code GLAM10. The deals have been revealed here, though I’ve also highlighted them below.
The most interesting (to me) deal to me is on MAC Eyeshadows at 50% off on the 29th. They recently reformulated a handful of shades as part of the Visual Arts collection, which has made me wonder if we should expect a full range reformulation (and hopefully, improved shades and more shades!) sooner rather than later… the whole line being run at 50% off is certainly… supporting evidence!

@#$%&!!!! I’m trying to go on a makeup no-buy and now Macy’s goes and has a 50% MAC eyeshadow sale? ARGH! Ok, then my no-buy will have to start on October 30. Now, which MAC eyeshadows do I “need”…
Real question is what has made you hesitate on buying them at full price? 😉 They’ve been around for so long…
Ah, I see what you’re saying! Well, there are a few I’ve been coveting for a long time, but didn’t want to spend the money (Woodwinked is one of them). One of the phrases I say to myself before I buy something (makeup, shoes, etc.) is, “Do you love it enough to pay $(whatever the price is)?” And at $19 for one MAC eyeshadow, my answer is usually no. But do I love Woodwinked enough to pay $8.50? You bet!
A little Birdy at MAC @SFS told me that they ARE! Let’s hope she’s for real, because I’m very upset with MAC for all their more recent DC’s of eyeshadow singles. I had wanted a few shades, and those are long gone. The purge seems to have begun 2 or 3 years ago. Haven’t been happy about this at all, but if they are just reformulating them, then all’s good I suppose.
Those are especially good deals because of the free shipping code — when did Macys stop having free shipping for beauty products?
It must have been a few months now, but it is a bummer!
Surprising how vocalizing something can make it come true. I literally just mentioned, (this week on the blog), MAC needing to do some rebranding or reformulating and here it is. Who knew I had such power, LOL!
Anyone have favorite products from the list that would be worth our trying? I am always up for some new product!!
I was just hoping that the Cleansing Balm from the Take The Day Off line was on sale. 😆
Good timing!
Thank you for posting! I think I can resist the MAC (if I can avoid looking!), but I looove the BB stick foundation. It’s great when I’m rushing around (which is always).
You’re awesome.
So glad this came in handy for you, Suzanne! 🙂
