Oh, I hope this is a good collection. In spite of a few pinky shades in the e/s palette, this looks like one where I could wear all the shades because the pinks and plummy purple are wearable shades for me. What a Pear is just the sort of colour that I always want. I’m surprised, though, that they didn’t include the eyeshadow Tempting (which I have and like a lot) in this palette though maybe that’s a good thing. And I’m keen for the eye kohls, especially the gold one if it’s at all like the UD gold pencil from the Game of Thrones collection.

I am curious about the shadow finishes – “Sparkler”? “Leather Lustre”? “Prismetallic”? These are all new to me.

I read ‘on a petal-sill’ as ON THE PILL STILL.. and thought.. wow, peeps are gonna be offended.

Can’t wait to find out what the ‘leather lustre’ means in terms of eyeshadow finish.

Looks like MAC is experimenting with some new eyeshadow formulas. Hopefully, they’re pigmented and not just pretty to look at in the palette!

I may get one of the lipsticks, because c’mon, that packaging is just
so stinkin’ pretty! I’m thinking either Bittersweetie or Dusty Grape?

What is this leather lustre finish? Whatever, I’ll be picking up a lipstick entirely for the packaging. It’s gorgeous and I’m a sucker.

It would have been great if they’d tell us what the finishes are on those lipsticks. It doesn’t even say on their site. Also curious as to how blue the ‘cobalt blue’ liner is because all of the images make it look basically black, which is not what the word cobalt brings to mind.

I’m really hoping for my sake this doesn’t review well (not really!!). My husband moved into a new shop and his rent is double so my no buy is a double no buy right now.

This looks like a lovely collection from MAC – and I haven’t said that in quite awhile. The lipsticks look promising – especially the Deep Pumpkin shade and the eye pencils are in a lovely array of shades. Even the eyeshadow palette looks good.

I am so torn. I know I have dupes for all these colors, so I am trying to resist succumbing to that oh-so-STUNNING packaging.

But I may have purchased a black leather shacket and brown leather wrap skirt (both faux) today…so that leather lustre finish is really piquing my curiosity…

All of this looks so beautiful. I love the packaging and the colour story in the eyeshadow palette is very “me”. I hope this release will review well, as after looking at the photos I want almost everything, the palette, as I said, four of the lipsticks, all the liners and one of the Strobe Face Glazers.
I might have dupes for most but I hope not. I think the palette would be a good addition and work well with my existing palettes. Only time, and Christine’s reviews will tell, though. 😀
