I’m actually a huge fan of the technakohl formula! Graphblack is the only black liner that seems to stay on my waterline all day. I’m especially excited about the pearly beige, lime green, and purples!! 😀
i love the art in the top promo pic. i’m just wondering how far away from that the actual product will be. it looks more like they used a paint, or, at the very least, about fifty pencils for one of the stripes!
They probably use a full pencil for each colour stripe. lol The high lighting contrast make the shimmer shades really pop.
My thoughts exactly ladies. It will be very interesting to see these IRL!
I like the idea but I hate the packaging for these. It seems so unlike Mac, they look like those Stila retractable eyeliners.
Agreed! That was my first thought, they sure look like Stila’s
Love the advertising photo so much, as I always do from MAC. From the picture, the finish looks more like their Pearl-glide liners instead of the techakohl that I know from couple years ago. (probably it’s time for me to refresh my memory of techakohl.) If that’s the real color and finish that they can actually deliver, I would be dying to get all of them!
I love Technakohls so I can’t wait for this!

Love the front ad campaign photo, looks amazeballs. But I agree with Fuji, I don’t know how well the product in real life will replicate the product in the ad photo – I hope they do!
Interesting… More shades then what I was expecting. It’s not a gel based formula but I might try out the Snowed In shade to see how it works on the waterline. Risque look like a good inner corner of the eye shade. 😉

Loving the look of the gold pencil at the one end and the bronzey brown (looks like a pencil form of Mulch or Twinks) at the other end. I will certainly be purchasing at least a few of these. I’m really glad they’re permanent.

I’m so excited about this! The promo pic is sick & if these look anywhere as good as those I’m in big, big trouble. I’ve been trying to keep my MU habit down to a minimum & have not been keeping up with MAC launches, like I did for so long, because I have so much I do NOT EVER USE anymore. I’ve been facing a lot of serious issues with my family and my own battle with an extreme illness that over the last 6 months has been horrendous. I keep getting worse & worse, I barely am able to leave my house & when I am able I have to go ASAP, because I never know when trouble will strike. I don’t have the energy to put on makeup & than there is the dreaded fear when I do put it I that I have to take it off before going.
On the other hand, I still love collecting it. Personally, I thought MAC knocked it out of the park with their Fluidline pencils from A Novel Romance with the 3 or 4 colors I bought online. I never saw the rest of them IRL. As a recovering Eyeliner junkie (I moved onto to an unhealthy relationship once I discovered highlighters, blushes & bronzers) and a forever lipstick junkie, these could put me right back in the midst of my EL obsession if these are anywhere as good as the Fluidline pencils &/or my beloved Pearlgludes. At least it’s an expansion, so I’ll be able to slowly build up my collection if I fall hard for them. Fingers crossed.
Now this is something I can get excited about. I’ve not tried the technakohl formula but I recently purchased the fluidline stick in Willow (from the Novel Romance collection) and it has impressed me enough to try out some of MAC’s either liner formulas.
I loved the promotional pics and the images of all the liners made me sigh and want to play with all of them!

The only Technakhol that I’ve tried was not a very good liner, so I hope they improved the formula here. It’s always nice to see out-of-the-ordinary colors!

I’ve never used one of their technakohl liners before, however, for some reason that pink one is screaming out to me. I dont even wear/like pink that much ! Would love to see swatches, might buy it 🙂

I will be very interested indeed to see these in real life! The promo pic is awesome, but obviously PS’d to within an inch of its life. There are some great looking colours though (like that lime/chartreuse green)…
