We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

That MSF (I’m guessing that’s what it is) with the 3 waves of colour look interesting but it’s also a bit warm for me. Still, I’ll be interested in checking it out and also the Mineralize blushes and those eyeshadow quads but I’m not feeling a burning need to buy any of these.

Christine, on a totally unrelated note, is it no longer possible to “add a colour” when doing reviews? I wanted to review something yesterday (no idea what, now) and the 2 or 3 shades listed in the drop down weren’t the one I was hoping to review. There used to be an “add a shade” or “add another colour” option in the written reviews and it doesn’t seem to be there any longer.

Christine, thank you so much for getting back to me. It would be great if that feature can be restored but if not, it’s hardly the end of the world. I was just curious and wondered if perhaps I was missing something and there was an “add product” or “add another shade” button somewhere and I just wasn’t seeing it. As it happens, the product I was wanting to review is “review-able” in the section on the Anastasia Self Made palette (I was trying to review a single shadow and only 2 were listed in the section for single shades, though I imagine that will be changing since you’ve been reviewing so many of the newly released singles).

Oooh, now this looks interesting! Haven’t tried any of the mineralized products. Curious about the shadow quads, glosses, and powders. And the infamous eye glosses are back !

Right now just leaning toward the polish in Moonday. Will probably get that at the initial release and think about the rest; it will probably depend on how each performs (will wait for your reviews). If you think something is really good and it’s a shade I can get some wear from, I may pick up something else.

Why they had to go and include those icky goopy things is beyond me, too! Other than those dreadful eye glosses, the rest may be a win, let’s hope.

Couldn’t agree more!! Do these products even sell? I mean maybe you have to be a Pro MUA and use these on set..because every review I have read about the eye glosses is not good. Maybe they are magic and I just don’t get it. Didn’t they just release some with the Dark Desires Coll. A few months ago? So tired of seeing repromotes.

Having fallen HARD for Inter-Spatial lipglass and the Dark Matter quad, I am seriously hoping and praying that these are good! Actually, this entire collection has me pretty interested.

I like the looks of some of these colors. I’m going to have to go check these out in person within the first 20 seconds of when they come out so they won’t be all sold out by the time I get there!

dylanl Avatar

i’m confused. in the description you only have 2 blushes listed. but in the promo photos, there are 3 blushes. could you clarify please!

dylanl Avatar

wow, I hope the middle nude one stays. it is the only thing I am interested in. Also, it’s weird how the promo photos showing off the 3 blushes are the new bubble kind of packaging for mineralized blushes but the ones showing off the product in a creative kind of ad are the old style mineralized blush packaging. Weird.

Lyraida Avatar

I’m kind of underwhelmed. I don’t think MAC does these kind of super light colors that well, especially in lipstick form. And why do they keep releasing those Studio Eye Glosses? Don’t those always suck? I want to like them, I’ve dreamt of glossy eyelids forever, but I expect crease-city, AGAIN.

That being said, the tri-color Mineralize Skin Finish looks kind of cool, and the blushes look alright.

Nika99 Avatar

Looks like a cool collection,I like the lip colors and glosses and Otherearthly Skinfinish the most!It would be awesome if the Studio Eye Glosses actually turned out good?!

Fran Avatar

‘Ice-lit blues’ and ‘cosmic greens’ sound wonderful to me, but then it turns out that there’s only one or two of each, so I’ll have to wait and see… this sounds like the perfect collection to lean very cool-toned, but, reading the shade descriptions, it doesn’t sound like that’s where they’ve gone with it… but they do include a silver lipstick, which I’m dying to try even if I never wear it out of my apartment. So the Post-It on my monitor now says to order Ionize along with Halsey on March 31 — but I’ll wait for reviews on the rest of it — I really hope the blue and green eyeshadows perform beautifully, but blue eyeshadows are often difficult to do well, and I already have a several olive greens, so I’ll wait and see on those.

Christine, I think I saw somewhere that they were repromoting “Lured to Love” as an online exclusive, which might be what that 3rd blush is.
