Her name is Zelda, she’s a 90 year old NY socialite 🙂
That’s Zelda Kaplan, a 90 year old socialite who not only is the oldest party hound, but does a lot to raise awareness for African women’s rights. Interesting lady and I’m really glad to see MAC use her for a campaign. But you know what, they should have used her for the next Icon line, not Fergie, who is what, in her late 30’s? Yes I will buy at least 2 parrots though I dont have any but I have seen its a very rare color and people seem to love it! It might be worth more later on who knows. I am a sucker for pigments theres a couple I dont have like Steel Blue and Kitchmas and Golden Olive which I have not gotten because I am undecided, What in your opinion is a nice green pigment?
I’ve owned Parrot twice, and I rarely used it.
My favorite green pigment is True Chartreuse, LOL. But it is a very bright green. I like Golden Olive, too 🙂

Thanks for the promo photos, makes it easier to plan a wishlist in advance. I’m hoping the matte formulas of these e/s are similar in texture to the matte2 shadows! There looks to be some great neutral e/s in this collection. Rozz Revival l/s is lookin HOT as well!
My pleasure, Ariele! 🙂 The colors are a bit off, FYI, though I don’t know why since these are pictures released by MAC. Just know this from some of the permanent colors (like the pigments), ’cause they’re not quite true-to-life.

Rozz Revival looks prettiest to me. I hope it has visible color payoff. And dang it, I want all the eyeshadows and pigments. I am such an eyeshadow monkey. *lol*

Can’t wait for this one!! Sequin is still one of ALL time favorite lipsticks. And C-Thru is just a staple. So glad they are doing this!!
