Springy/Summery FOTD!
About this Look
Today’s look was inspired by the one and only Christine!! I read the question of the day, and really wanted to bring the spring to my face!!
Step-by-Step Guide
Base: I primed with Hard Candy Green tinted primer all over my face, then tapped Paula's Choice oil absoarbing primer all over my T zone, and inner cheeks. I used clean fingers and patted L'oreal Pro Matte all over my face in a sheer layer. Then I took a paddle brush and lightly tapped a peachy corrector under my eyes from MUFE, then for concealer I took the smallest amount of KVD Lock it foundation in L42 (I THINK THAT'S THE SHADE!) and patted that under my eyes. I set everything with MAC Loose set powder, and then I patted MAC Blot powder onto my oily areas.
Cheeks: I took a pointed blush brush and buffed the lovely and beautiful DC'd Benefit's Bela Bamba all over my cheeks and blended upwards. I took a smaller pointed brush and buffed Coastal Scents Lemon Chiffon eye shadow along my cheek bones, and nose bridge!
Lips: I took Maybelline's Vivid Colour scensational lipstick in Vivid Rose and applied a heavy layer of that all over my lips, and lightly added a small amount of a thick, milky lip tint from Etude House over top for some shine!
Brows: I took a small angled brush, and filled in the front and tails of my brows with Annabelle's brow to go kit in Medium/Deep, and then set everything with MAC's waterproof brow set and Brown Ebony
Eyes: This was the "hardest" part of this simple look! I primed with ELF's sheer eye lid primer, then set from lashline to brow bone with Sephora Brand shadow in Swan Song. I then buffed light brown Bel Air from Colourpop into my crease and up onto my hood. Then took some of Coastal Scents Barista, a slightly darker brown than Bel Air, and buffed that into my crease, but not as high as bel air. I then took a flat, stiff brush and packed A Deep, dark, sparkly brown shadow from MUFE onto my outer corner of my mobile lids, and then patted a super soft and shimmery rose gold shade onto my inner corners of my mobile lids. I took my MAC 217 and buffed everything out so it was a nice, smooth gradient of colour. Then applied two coats of Clinique High Impact mascara onto my upper and lower lashes. Then took Avon Gel eyeliner pencil in Aqua Pop (it's a slightly shimmery teal!) and lined my waterline!
And that's it for this look! I tied my hair up in a pony tail, and sprayed on some citrusy, lemony perfume to really make me feel like spring/summer! :D

This is a lovely, fresh spring look, Shannon! I have Maybelline Vivid Rose lipstick, myself. Gotta remind myself to use it more often, as I forgot how pretty a shade it is!
