About this Look
I did this look a while ago using the Decadence palette from palette for the first time. Every single shade is so inspiring to me and I really wanted to combine Underworld and Lapis Luxury.
Step-by-Step Guide
Lapis luxury placed on inner half of my lid with a finger, Underworld with a pencil brush to create wing shape and placing color just slightly over Lapis luxury to blend, Blue Blood on outer half of lower lash line, Enigma on inner corner and inner half of lash line
