Each kit contains a ‘True Velvet Lipstick’, a ‘Gloss Embrace’ Lip Gloss and an ‘Enhance and Define’ Lip Pencil – so you can modulate and reinvent your lip look to your heart’s content. All come packaged in a Luxury Velvet Makeup Bag designed in collaboration with Jon Jacobsen. Jon Jacobsen is a multimedia artist whose narrative images utilise symbolism and the surreal through a mix of photography, digital art and illustration. His work has appeared in SHOWStudio and V Magazine.

So excited for this! I’ve tried to dupe Velvet Beauty so many times without success—hopefully I can get my hands on it this time! Out of the new shades, I’m most interested in Velvet Dragon.
I love that I can blot these on and wear them well under masks. I have Velvet Jazz, Velvet Ribbon, and Velvet Myth so far.
Very excited about this! I think I will get 3 of the new lipsticks, and a couple of glosses, but I also want to try the lip pencils. So maybe the more neutral ones I get the set….

These are beautiful lip kits. Her items seem to sell out very quickly so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get my hands on one of these, but I want one of the Fantasy Florals kits.
I loved the color of the go lightly lipstick but the formula didn’t really work well for me. I’m excited for the gloss!
Oh Lisa, I want your stuff so bad but this is the tightest financial time of the year and I always miss out. Love the sets, but they never have the “perfect color combo” for me.

I was so excited about this launch since I got Lisa’s email advising that she has been working on some new products and shades. I have three of her lipsticks launched last year: Love of My Life, Skyscraper Rose and Rainbow Spill. Love them all. I am so tempted to pick up a lip kit, the Velvet Beauty one.
I’m very excited about this! I broke my Velvet Myth (fell out of the tube ?) and now I can get it together in a kit with the gloss! I’ve been wearing lipstick under my masks now and I really miss Velvet Myth.
I broke Velvet Jazz, on of my most loved lipsticks. I’m not sure if I can somehow fix it, or just press the lovely bullet into a small container.
I broke it while applying, but I didn’t press hard or have much of it out or anything.
It’s so annoying when you break LE’s or DC’s. 🙁

I hope Go Lightly being in the gloss formula means she might bring it back in bullet form.
OMG!! I can’t wait to purchase the build your own kit to include:Blush, Myth and Decade. I would love the Myth Gloss too but we’ll see about that. Some of her glosses lighter colored ones look like they sink into lip lines (check out her photos online). I love the two lipsticks I purchased last year (Skyscraper Rose and Midnight). Her products sell out super fast.
