Formula Overview
$27.00/0.09 oz. - $300.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a "creamy and lightweight" texture that has a "lustrous, wet-look finish with a durable shine." It has sheerer, more medium coverage when quickly blended out with a fingertip or a brush, but it can have full coverage applied with a second layer or applied directly with a brush (e.g. as eyeliner).
The consistency was like a lightweight mousse, not runny, but easily spreadable without becoming patchy--even with the darkest, near-black shade. It dried down completely, though I had enough time to work one eye at a time without feeling like I had to run a blending marathon to do so. It was particularly budge-proof, though, and it was key to apply thin, even layers as building too much product did lead to flaking (like more than two layers).
I found the shades to be more pigmented from the get-go, so it was not necessarily to do a full second layer to achieve full opacity. My recommendation would be to use a flat, synthetic brush to apply the liquid eyeshadow onto the lid/lash line for higher coverage. I also liked giving it a second or two to "dry" slightly before doing so. If you want to use them more as a wash of color (sheer to medium), then applying a pat or two of product from the doe-foot applicator and using a fluffy, synthetic brush or a fingertip to diffuse worked a treat.
I noticed that the finish was smoother, higher-shine, and more metallic in its sheen when worn at higher coverage, while when diffused and really blended out, it was visibly sparkly. It made it more versatile in its finish as a result.

Emily looks like a shade that I would love, and so I’m guessing that there is DEFINITELY something around here just like it! I love a good rose-gold eyeshadow!
Maya is also a beauty!
Oh my! Lisa Eidridge does these lurex eyeshadows so very, very well. Emily would have to be one of my all time favourite shades – just stunning.
