Lancome L’Absolu Rouge Hydrating Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.14 oz.) is the brand’s iconic lipstick, which I’ve only reviewed a handful of shades in the past. Some of these look really nice. I’m drawn to Lie de vin and Caprice. I’m also hoping one of these (maybe Exotic Orchid, looking at the lip swatches) might be a good dupe for MAC Craving (I’m worried that it will be d/c’d before too long and without prior warning!).
I love L’Absolu Rouge lipsticks from Lancome. I have been wearing 238 Luxe and 254 Creme De Marron for a lot of years.
Oops, I put just Marron instead of Creme de Marron for one of the ones I’m looking at as a possible buy! Looks like a gorgeous “nude” lip color. I’m sure I’ll need lip liner with it, though.
I do not wear a liner with it, just a beautiful every day shade.
I LOVE Poeme and Café Parisien but those aren’t here. It’s such a good line of lipsticks. Lancome goes under the radar I think when it comes to higher-end brands but many of their products like lipsticks perform well.
These look really good! Hopefully, they’ll go on sale again at Ulta. I’m going to be choosing between Sienna and Rose Petale. I also like Marron.
