Eclair is a color that looks to be calling my name. :3
love the simplicity of the look on the promo photo and despite these palettes looking all so similar and for some, maybe even boring, I like this natural looking campaign.
The collection looks beautiful. I have to check it out.
That eye shadow in 24 Karat is calling me.
Well if that wasn’t a total snooze-fest then I don’t know what is.
Was hoping for brighter Spring type shades. Tired of the nude and brown look. Craving color. I am interested in one of the golds though for the color design.
Considering most of the quints are OTT color, it’s a nice change to see these simple, natural shades. Unless you already own several of those, it could be something to look into. Just because there’s a new, “seasonal” collection, it doesn’t mean it’s the only option!
OMG I need all of these! Gorgeous!
The palette looks pretty!
Something about their single eyeshadow packaging is really off-putting to me.
I like the Beige Brulee palette!!! Still deciding whether or not I should order it online!
I’m loving the looks of Eclair, Smoldering Cocoa, & Cafe Creme. I also want to check out the quints. I have 2, and while I like them, they’re a bit much to use daily, so the neutrals may be a good buy.
Nice collection, very different from most of the other spring collections! My problem with some of the lancôme palette is that every shade is pealy and shimmery. They should add more mattes in there!
My thoughts exactly! I have 2 purple ones, and I rarely use them since they’re so shimmery… I’m really curious about these three, since they don’t look too shimmery in the photos.
Augh! I thought I was ‘over’ all the neutrals, but I love Lancôme so much I will have to give this collection a chance -especially since it looks like they have a lot of nice cool -tones (admittedly hard to tell from promo photos), whereas a lot of ‘neutrals’ seem to run warm…
Eclair is pretty!
The promo shot is captivating, but I wish her eye makeup was more reflective of the collection. Or maybe the simplicity of the whole picture showcases the neutral look, even if they haven’t exactly used the products?
$50, ouch!
Boring!
I need to check these out…they are looking really tempting…:-)
I bought the Beigeing Brule palette a couple of weeks ago, but I’m returning it- the shimmery shade (which is the main reason I wanted it) is lacking in quality, imo. It looks gorgeous in the pan, but doesn’t have the same oomph when I apply it- it just kind of disappears. I love *looking* at that palette, though! 🙂
I don’t understand why some people always expect to see crazy colors or the traditional pastels on a spring collection! I think this collection is classy, elegant and natural. I like it!
The eye palette looks good.
Eclair looks STUNNING. I’d love to see it swatched next to MAC’s satin taupe and Laura Mercier’s Grace from the enlightened palette.
I just love the chocolate amande collection and it would look fabulous with a summer tan. Lancome really does give you hypnotic eyes and I always get compliments.
