Just Fun Makeup:  Yellow, Green, & Blue

This is just a totally fun look for summer.  It’s shimmery and bright – it’s very simple, but it’s a little over the top and… just fun.

You will need the following…

For eyes, start by applying Smudgeproof as your eyeshadow base all over the eye area with the 249. Using the 239, apply Bright Sunshine eyeshadow on the inner two-thirds of the lid. Lightly blend Bio Green eyeshadow on the outer third of the lid with the 239. Next, apply Blue Calm eyeshadow into the crease with the 226, lightly blending onto the outer lid.  Blend Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow with the crease shade very lightly, and then highlight the brow bone with Mylar eyeshadow. Bring everything together by applying Deviant liner on the lower lash line, then pat Blue Calm eyeshadow to smudge and blend out with the 219. Finish by sweeping lashes with Plushlash mascara.

For cheeks, apply Sun Kissed bronzer on the apples of the cheeks and sweep upwards towards the temple with the 116, then lightly pat Amber Diamond on the cheekbones.

For lips, lightly pat on Morange lipstick very, very sheerly, and then layer Easy Lounger lipglass for a complementing lip.

Yes yes yes! Perfect! I’m thinking of recreating this with a gold e/s (don’t own any yellow ones) and Flipside. How close is Flipside to Blue Calm?

Oh gosh! This look is DIVINE!
You know what?! Could you do a sexy smokey black/ silver look? I’m really into sultry eyes right now! I’ve been using my NARS aigle noir shadow pencil and i’m in love with it!

Oh! I saw Morange listed and was thinking “UH WHAT?” because I would not have liked it, in its full impact, with this look at all. But sheered out, it’s splendid.

I don’t know if you follow soccer, but since it’s the World Cup, and today Brazil played against North Korea, this look would be perfect to represent the colors of the Brazilian flag(green,yellow,blue, and white), anyways I think this is beautiful.=-)

Do you think I should get Blue Calm (seems lighter than freshwater) if I already have Freshwater eyeshadow?

So pretty 😀 I did sort of a ‘fun’ eye too lol. Yellow shimmery eye shadow on the inner lid, hot pink shimmery eye shadow on the outer lid, black eyeliner on both outer upper lashline and outer lower lashline, lime green shimmery eye shadow in the inner corners, and pink mascara (white mascara w/ the hot pink pressed on) on top lashes + black mascara on the lower lashes. Hehe ^^
