Inglot Pearl Eyeshadows in Inglot #446, 445, 440, 420, 439, 441 (Purples)

Inglot Pearl Eyeshadows in Inglot #446, 445, 440, 420, 439, 441 (Purples)

Inglot’s Pearl Eyeshadow ($4.50 to $7.00 each for 0.09 oz.) range is certainly expansive! They don’t quite fit into two 20-pan palettes neatly (there are two that overflowed into a third, plus one I know I’m missing). There are also a fair amount that seem to only be available in individual pots, rather than refills (which I do not have).

Inglot’s Pearl Eyeshadows have a very fine shimmer with a brighter, pearly sheen.   I had a good experience with these six eyeshadows–they were easy to work with, nicely pigmented, and had the soft, smooth textures I’ve come to expect from Inglot’s Pearl eyeshadows.  #440 is the only one that I felt wasn’t true-to-pan in color; it was a few notches lighter, because of the heavy white pearl.

  • 446 is a rich, jewel-toned plum purple with red undertones in a pearl finish.
  • 445 is a softened, medium-dark plum with a pearl finish.
  • 440 is a frosted, cool-toned lilac with a pearl finish. Like some of the other lighter pearl shades, the white pearl really reflects and comes through, almost washing the shade out.
  • 420 is a grayish mauve with a pearl finish–it almost looks metallic.
  • 439 is a rich, jewel-toned violet purple with a pearl finish.
  • 441 is a medium-dark violet with a pearl finish.

I love my inglot. I want some more colors now. I think that I will be taking a “short” roadtrip to the store “near” me. Thanks for the review.

In the 10 pan platte I have I drilled small holes into the corner of each well with my dremel(rotary)tool to help pop the pan out because the magnet trick doesn’t work for me either. It was fairly easy since the plastic and magnet is fairly soft, just make sure to clamp it down over a piece of wood to drill into on the back side.

Oh. My. Gosh. Must have #439 and #441. Those are so pretty! Thank you for swatching all of these, Christine!! I know we all appreciate it and you’ve definitely opened my eyes to a new, great cosmetic brand.

#420 is gorgeous! I want to order some Inglot now! Have you tried any of the other finishes for their eye shadows? Or have you tried their blushes?! I love your page 🙂

Quite a few of these purples look really lovely! I wish 440 was more true to pan though, because it looks like a really lovely color. When and if I get an Inglot palette, 439, 441, and 446 are definitely going in there!

I was looking for dupe of some cheap drugstore eyeshadow palette I bough and almost finished and I’m more than glad you just started those swatch cause I think I found some matches. On top of that, there’s Inglot stores in Montreal really close to me.

i am taking notes cause i want to get a whole palette of purples!!! lol. will be so looking forward to your review and swatches of the other finishes as well. will you be going over possible dupes (of mac, ud, etc.) as that will kind of help with me keeping the buying to a minimum and necessary shades only if i know i have a similar shade in another brand already. 🙂
