How pigmented do you prefer your highlighters?
Medium coverage and buildable, so that way I can build up if preferred but I tend to layer over blush so I want some translucency.

Fairly translucent but buildable which is why I loved the Becca highlighters so much.
Due to having larger pores and laugh crinkles, I prefer something that is buildable or easily sheered out. Blinding, heavily pigmented highlighters just don’t work well with my skins texture. Don’t want to emphasize my orange peel inner cheeks and same down my nose! My upper cheekbone crinkles only show if I smile really big or laugh hard, thankfully.

I like mine intense, but I enjoy all opacities. Most of mine are at least fairly opaque. Regardless, I want them blendable. I don’t want HL stripes on my face, thank you.
I prefer very sheer – I don’t wear highlighter often (I think I have a grand total of two of them, which is saying something with my collection) because I’m already so oily that I’m not sure I want to exaggerate that with shimmer. But I like the duochrome type because there can never be enough duochrome!
Not too pigmented, prefer to build.
