We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! depending on the coverage, anywhere from 2-4 hours before I have to reapply. I find that quality has a real impact for me….the cheaper it is, the less wear I get.

Depends on what kind of lipstick. Typically I can get 5-7 hours if it is not a lustre/cremesheen

It does wear off a bit, but not to the point where it is extremely noticeable.

2h maximum ( this includes also long-wearing formulas). glossy moisturizing lipsticks like shiseido rouge perfect stay on my lips for about 30mins. no lipliner or base can change that

Hmmm… about 2-4 hours depending on if I am not drinking or eating, then it less than 3 hours. Personally, I think the claim of long-lasting lipstick is just a marketing gimmick, and if I like I lippie, I will re-apply it when necessary for I want my lipstick to look fresh.

You know, it depends on the color. MAC’s Show Orchid tends to last several hours on me, only needing a slight touch up. Morgana Cryptoria’s Azalea Blue lasts 10 hours, but again, it will need a slight touch up or a balm to go over it.

about half and hour depending on which lipstick i put on, some are rubbish, i find out of all my lipsticks my mac myth last the longest and i just tend to touch it up with lipbalm if it gets abit dry.

it depents on the brand… i think tree hours… most of the time i use very creamy lipsticks and i have a feeling that the doesn’t stay on that long.

It all depends on the color. Reds stain my lips and remain on for about 3 hours. Darker shads remain longer … average would be around and hour and a half. Not long enough!

Wow! I’m surprised how many people are saying how little wear they get. I thought I was the only one with this problem.

I get max. 1 hour wear but it feels like even less :s.
I’m always biting or rubbing my lips together or eat/drinking when I go out. And I don’t wear lipstick to work/class.
