I really love MAC’s 131 brush! The flat shape really works, and the blend of fibers ensures you never over-apply.
I love using the Real Techniques expert face brush for cream blush. Mostly its my fingers that get dipped into those creamy pans!
Exactly, the RT Expert Face Brush. Hate that brush for foundation, but cream blush… fantastic. Better then my fingers for blending. I use the Illamasqua Velvet blush in Sleek on a daily base.
Love the expert face brush for cream blush. It’s perfect!
Really??? I love my ELF stipple brush, but I’m going to give this a try tomorrow.
My MAC 186SE I’d gotten from their holiday launch in 2012. It’s a large skunk brush that covers my cheek nicely, and I hardly ever overapply with it.
I use my fingers until now.
I looking for a brush actuelly, so this feature is interesting for me.

Elf small stipple brush! Soft bristles that make blending easy, and duo-fibre so it picks up the right amount of color, and small enough to have precise application and good control!
I typically use my fingers, but if I’m trying to be super hygienic, I use a stippling brush to apply the color, and my fingers to blend it out!
MAC 130 – short duo fibre brush works best for me
I have only tried two brushes for cream blush as I usually stick with powder blush. I first tried a Sonia Kashuk black handled flat top small kabuki with short dense synthetic hair. It did a really pretty good job of both applying and blending but I wanted something a little lighter on my skin. I finally tracked down the Elf small stipple brush. It took me several months as my Target was always out of them. This gives me the perfect application. I no longer have the Kashuk one so I don’t know it’s official name, but I always seem them at Target.
I always use a stippling brush to apply my cream eyeshadow. The one I use is actually a very cheap one from e.l.f., but it works great.
My fingers. By far. Ring and middle finger.
MAC 130
I love any flat small foundation brush, like the ecotool foundation brush.
The MAC 130 duo-fiber brush. It is perfect for a lot of things, including cream blush.
I just purchased the Le Blush Creme de Chanel in Cheeky(love!) and tested several of my brushes…Elf small stippling, Mac 188, and the small Sonia Kashuk stippling brush. I found my Mac 159 the best and really perfect for this task…with a little extra help from my fingers for blending.
I recently rediscovered the Sephora Mineral Powder brush and I love it for cream blush!
Love this brush!
NARS Yachiyo Kabuki Brush
My fingers! 😀 ok, I do almost all of my makeup with my fingers, but cream blush just really lends itself to it, somehow.
RT stipling brush or my fingers
I love the MAC 188 brush! It’s super small and perfect for my tiny cheeks. Plus it doesn’t pick up too much pigment so it’s great for intense blushes
Real Techniues Duo-Fiber Contour Brush, imo.
Elf Studio small stippling brush – cheap and effective, especially for highly pigmented blushes.
The Real Techniques setting brush – I love the size and shape of this brush, it’s easy to blend and build up color!
I love the real techniques stippling brush. It applies just the right amount.
I love the e.l.f. Small Stipple brush. You can blend easily, but unlike other brushes, it doesn’t get floppy and disrupt the foundation underneath.
I love my ELF stipple
I’ll be reading the comments regarding this as I’ve always been afraid of using a brush with creams snd felt I could do better with clean fingers. So I will be learning! 🙂
Hakuhodo G544, MAC 159, MAC 188, and Real Techniques Contour Brush. 🙂
Real techniques stippling brush, gorgeous application 🙂
The RT stippling brush. I have two; one which I use for my BB cream that’s quite thin in consistency (oil free formula) and the other I use for my Benefit stains as well as my cream blush. The brush is so wonderful! It really helps buff the product into my skin. I found Cha Cha Tint completely useless until I bought these.
I also use the Elf small stipple brush! It picks up just enough and blends great!
I use my fingers.
I’m all about fingers, but I’ve only got three cream blushes, and two of them are whipped.
I usually use a stippling brush for cream blush. Especially if I’m doing it for theatrical productions
The Real Techniques Expert Face Brush is by far the best, I can’t explain why it just applies cream blush like no other!
