Deep Level 11

Haus Labs Deep Level 11 Power Sculpt Velvet Bronzer ($38.00 for 0.3 oz.) is a dark brown with subtle, warm red undertones and a satin finish (but no visible shimmer).

  • Opaque coverage, easy to dial down with lighter hand
  • Smooth, velvety texture; dense but not heavy
  • Blended seamlessly with minimal effort
  • Long-wearing (9 hours was typical)

Formula Overview

$38.00/0.3 oz. - $126.67 Per Ounce

The formula is supposed to "blur" and "define" with "12 hour staying power" and doesn't "compromise" color. They are also "safe to use on eyes," per the brand. The bronzers were pigmented, blended seamlessly, and were long-wearing; they definitely lived up to their claims!

The texture was smooth, velvety, and almost like it was partially cream-based, but it was more powder than cream. I was worried that it would be difficult to pick up product with brushes, but there were no issues using different brushes from fan to dense bronzer brushes. More importantly, the powder blended itself as it was applied, which made it seem nearly foolproof to work with. The shades tended to wear between nine and 10 hours on me.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I love a bronzer this color. Thankfully, a friend came to the rescue with her Black Radiance Pressed Powder in Rich Mahogany. I bought it at Walgreens for $3.00. Silky smooth, pigmented but the powder is so fine it allows for sheering out.
