Beautiful collection! Any info on the ingredients lists for the foundation and concealer? As someone with an allergy to Phenoxyethanol, I find it super useful when you post ingredient lists!

Idk I’d they are listed on the Guerlain US site, and by the time cosdna puts it up, it’ll be gone! I’d try the sites (e.g. Department stores) that you know publish ingredients lists. Cheer up. I developed an allergy to aloe, and it’s in everything. Not that phenoxyethanol is uncommon. What a drag ingredient sensitivities are.

Here’s the ingredient list from Sephora’s site. Unfortunately these contain phenoxyethanol.
-Titanium Dioxide 3.16%
-Octinoxate (Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate) 3%

Water, Methyltrimethicone, Dimethicone, Alcohol, PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Pentylene Glycol, Mica, Phenyltrimethicone, Silica, Acrylates Dimethicone Copolymer, Acrylates Copolymer, Aluminum Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Stearic Acid, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Phenoxyethanol, Alumina, Sodium Myristoyl Glutamate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Lecithin, Tetrasodium EDTA, Fragrance, Hexyl Cinnamal, Sericin, Hydroxycitronellal, BHT, Citronellol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Hydrolyzed Linseed Extract, Sorbic Acid, [+/- CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499 (Iron Oxides)].

I dont like the packaging of these shadows.

I’d be much more enthusiastic if they reformulate and add more versions in their Ecrin 6 couleurs.
Those are imo definitely the most beautiful eyeshadow palette packaging ever. It’s a boomer that the quality wasn’t there.
And it seems that many shops are out of stock of those Ecrin 6 couleurs. Are they discontinued ?!

My dream would be shadows with quality like TF, but in Ecrin 6 couleur palettes ! Lol !

It almost doesn’t matter how the palettes perform, when the layout is that gorgeous. Would be interested in trying the ?expanded shades of LdeP. The local sephoras no longer carry Guerlain instore, but when they did all shades on all formulas were too warm. Only once had a G stick concealer, not great in any dimension. Always willing to try a new one. Eve Pearl is hg to date.

The eyeshadow palettes look very nice for fall but I think many of us know how “iffy” Guerlain shadows can be and at those prices, I would want “perfection”. The expanded colour range in the LdP foundation is LONG overdue…I wonder if I will find a better match than I currently have. But it’s the concealer that really interests me. I’m always looking for a “better” concealer. I have the funny feeling this one will be almost a carbon copy of the Clarins one in the tube that’s been around for 5 years or so, and which is very, very good. But if it’s better than that, I’m so on board!

I’m looking for my holy grail concealer too. I just brought Kat Von D and the Urban Decay Naked concealers and own several ill suited Nars Radiant creamy concealers. Maybe this one will be my lucky fit. Description sounds good. Should be good for $40!

I’ve been so eagerly awaiting the new Guerlain shadow palettes! I’ve heard they’ve reformulated their shadows. I bought their old quad (L’Aciers the grays) and it was such a disaster–the colors were either super sheer and patchy or looked the same on my lids, had to return it. I miss their gold packaging and geometric layout of shadows, but if these new shadows are any good, will pick up one up. Eyeing the plum, gray, and blue!

I like Guerlain because their packaging is always beautiful but I’ve never purchased anything because they are too expensive.

The design of those quads are quite gorgeous.

Oh no! I see my whole fall makeup budget disappearing if these shadows perform well. I think the whole line looks beautiful. I am always up for trying a new foundation although I love my Chosungah. I will have to see if there’s a shade pale enough.

I’m not a fan of the two colors in one pan. I don’t see the purpose. The plum and gold palettes are really pretty. I hope the reformulation brought the quality of their shadows back up to par.

Hmm, now you have me thinking…. I wonder if having 2 shades in the same pan adversely affects the quality, since they share the same base, and the same base doesn’t always work for every color, esp. a matte and shimmer. Remember the Hourglass Modernist shadow palette disaster, where like 5 colors shared the same base, with no pans separating them? I’m really hoping Guerlain got it right….

Hope to see your review soon for the foundation Christine because im so exciting by it! Guerlain foundations are my besties,i have all the foundation from the brand and i can buy them eyes closed! But now its about the new colors,i hope that i will find the perfect shade, and im happy they have change even if im litlle stressed by that,if they really have take in consideration the undertones of people more than usually its great! so we will see…

Color me interested, especially in the foundation (I hear good things, just haven’t tried it) — and I’ll pay a lot for a perfect foundation so the price doesn’t put me off — and, the Coque d’Or (03) palette which I don’t need but will want if the reviews are good, though it’s pricey. It’s great they’re permanent.

Here’s hoping that Guerlain’s newest eyeshadow reformulation gives us some good, solid palettes. In particular, the plum and that chocolate toned one (Tonka). Holding out hope for the 2 new KissKiss lipsticks as well, because the formula just feels so darn good!

A really lovely collection of shades: I love the grey, blue and goldy -brown palettes the best. Are you going to review any of these Christine? I would like to think that Guerlain has improved over the past few years.

These are gorgeous. I ordered the Gold yesterday. I love them all. I might get the Plum next. I never bought so many palettes in such a short time. I also got the Chantecaille Lion palette. Well, I am a Leo. And that’s the excuse I’m sticking with.

As others have commented, I don’t get putting two colors in the same pan … unless we’re being encouraged to blend them? Interesting idea, if so. They all look amazing, and if I were in the market for eyeshadows, had none of thses colors, and had money to burn, I’d buy all of them. 🙂
