What was the last movie you watched?: Noah. Emma Watson did such a good job.
Okay, I really need to try those Cover FX drops!!
I’m really impressed with the coverage. I just got it yesterday, and I used 3 drops today. So far so good 🙂
Did you use it alone or mixed with something?
They say not to ever use the CCD alone because it’s pure pigment. I mixed it in with a CoverFX primer, but you can mix it in with anything (skin care, spf, other foundations)
Thanks for the tip, Monica! 🙂 Primer sounds like a good one to mix it into.
Monica,
Did they mention why, just curious. I just purchased this along with the primer and it went on beautifully after I applied the primer first and 1 1/2 drops of the Pigment
Phyrra has done a couple of wonderful videos showing them mixed with all kinds of different products. If you get time (yeah…I know…maybe while some nail polish is drying something), you should check them out.
Thank you!
I’d love to see you do a review on the Cover Drops Christine….no one does swatches like you do! It really is a great, great product!
No haul this week except for dog food and treats.
Relax this weekend. Maybe Sunday take the boys to the park.
At the movies – American Sniper. On cable – The Other Woman.
Have a great weekend Christine , xoxo for the handsome Mellan from me and the boys.
Happy weekend, Lily!! 🙂

Weekend plans: Errands today, lunch out tomorrow, resting up for the week ahead!
What was the last movie you watched?: The Birds
Great haul, Alix! What are you loving the most so far?
Really loving UD’s Sheer Rapture!
Haul: NARS Parallel Universe and Outer Limits eyeshadows.Their shipping is TERRIBLE, NO ONE order from NARS.com. They took two weeks to get me my stuff and customer service has never replied to my emails. I also picked up an Urban Decay Revolution lip gloss in Liar, Perversion mascara, Naked Skin foundation, Enigma primer potion, and Frenzy Dual Intensity Blush from NARS.
Weekend plans: Some friends are hosting a potluck!
Last Movie I watched: New movie- The Imitation Game (loved!) Las movie I watched in general, Hot Fuzz (also LOVE)
Oh no!! 🙁 I’m so sorry to hear about your experience with NARS!
Thanks, Christine! It wouldn’t be such a big deal, but this is the third time this has happened to me. What’s the point of releasing stuff early on their website if they’re going to take so long to ship it to me? I would’ve been better off waiting to buy it when it released elsewhere.
At least they’ll be getting here soon? Haha
I did the same when I saw the Becca Lip Souffles pop-up on ULTA – I was hoping they’d show up on Sephora, because ULTA shipping = 7-12 days from when I order, and Sephora = 2 days.
I agree about Nars in terms of customer service. I wrote them over a month ago asking about specific ingredient in a few of their products and I never heard from them. There’s no reason that they couldn’t get back to me, especially since I was very specific and didn’t ask about more than three products. Other companies such as Burberry and Rouge Bunny Rouge and Zoya got back to me almost immediately. I have given away all suspect Nars items and won’t buy any more from them.
Delurking to agree with you that NARS is the worst! I will never order from their site again. I ordered 6 items during last fall’s 20% sale, and when I finally received the box, it only contained 3! No email out of stock notice, no note in the box, no acknowledgement whatsoever that they ignored half my order. I felt like a disappointed kid on Christmas morning that didn’t get the present they were hoping for, lol.
Haul: Burberry plum pink eyeshadow set, and 2 Armani lipsticks.
Weekend plans: Get back into the gym after healing from foot surgery. I live in Monterey by the way. The weekend traffic has been a bit wild lately.
Last movie: Dracula Untold which was really good.
Oooh! You must share some local things you like to do or places to go 🙂 We have contemplated moving to Monterey, but I think I’ll be too cold, lol!
Hope your foot is better!
There is a ton of fog. My sister used to live in the east bay and I loved visiting for the chance to wear a dress or shorts.
Haul: Soo much damage this week.

Weekend plans: Working a dead end job. lol
What was the last movie you watched?: Home (just too cute!)
Very nice Sephora haul(s)!!
How awesome is it that MUFE is doing travel sizes? That’s really cool.
I thought that was brilliant and only knew to look after seeing a IMATS NY haul ad MUFE was selling the travel size at their booth. I only saw they had three types for sale , 1 Mattifying , 2 Smoothing, and 3 Hydrating in the minis.
Great size to try out or have in a kit.
I had playing with the whole range though. I like to get the 7. Blue: for yellow red fair skin corrector for me as well. I have a olive base skin and redness isssue. lol
Aww! I want to give his big head a kiss 🙂 Give him some ear scratches for me please!
Done and done! 🙂

What was the last movie you watched?: Well, I recorded Gravity, so I wish I could say it was that…so much more highbrow than the movie I actually just watched – This is the End.
What an awesome Sephora haul, Pteetsa!
I’ll have to check out Marron + Haute Chocolate sometime!
Haul: Nada, I hope–I feel like I’ve done enough damage the past few weeks! I’m in need of some new black flats and a blazer for work with the milder weather, so I guess I might have to take care of those, but I’m trying to save money. I hauled Becca Pearl poured highlighter, UD black liquid liner, Mark Jacobs Nudist lip pencil, Nars Heatwave lipstick, Rimmel mascara, and about a half dozen drugstore lip products over the last week or so. To say nothing of my beautiful new Nikes.
Weekend plans: Clean up the apartment, watch some movies with friends, assemble a bed frame, play the new edition of Dominion (it’s a dorky card game). On Sunday, we make steamed buns. It didn’t sound so boring and domestic until I wrote it all out. I’m also going to go to a hookah bar with my honey and I might have a kettle bell class. Somehow that doesn’t make it sound any less basic, but there it is. lol.
Last movie: Breakfast at Tiffany’s, which I had never seen. It had a few really magical scenes but on the whole I was disappointed. Also shocked at the racism, my god. Props for Hepburn pulling off pigtails in the least sleazy way I’ve seen on a grown woman, but that doesn’t really earn it a pass.
You’re doing about 400 more things than I am on the weekend, Nikki! Not boring in the least bit 😀
Haul: PTR Irish Moor Mud Mask, Nails Inc. Nail Kale Superfood Base Coat, Illuminator, & Polish in Mayfair Lane, Guerlain Rouge G in Gracy and Gina, Fresh Sugar Rose Extreme Tinited Lip Balm, Fresh Rose Face Mask x2
Weekend plans: Same, thesis revisions. I know I should be excited about graduation, but all I can think about is that it means the deadline to submit the final draft for my thesis is fast-approaching.
What was the last movie you watched?: I honestly don’t remember, I think I rewatched a Bollywood movie this weekend called Players, (the TV was on while I worked on the computer).
Good luck with your shelving. I am very excited to see your review on the MUFE palettes. I hope they don’t sell out too quickly, I wanted to possibly buy one over the summer around August. I’m secretly hoping it’s similar enough to KVD Monarch, which I just bought as my first ever neutral palette. I’ve never gotten into that trend for some reason.
Rouge Gs!! Such pretty picks.
Best of luck getting your thesis wrapped up! Almost there 🙂
Haul: UD Afterglow Blush in Video and Indecent, butter London nail lacquer in Keen and Bluey , Laura Geller Eye Dew Cream eyeshadow crayon in Soft Metal
Weekend plan: go to the vet!,yesterday my dog caugth a rat in the backyard and she look so proud with her self while I was so freaked out LOL Did your dog do somethings like this? I worry about poison or somethings that come with a rats!
What was the last movie you watched? : Into the Woods
OH MY GOD, he has never done anything like that, and I’d probably have a heart attack if he did, lol!
Haul : Cover FX pressed mineral foundation , maybelline lipstick, aveeno moisturizer , Rimmel Rose gold shadow pencil , and my moms mothers day present
Weekend: Celebrating my cousins 11th birthday by taking her to an indoor trampoline park ( Lets hope my lungs survive this )
Last Movie: umm , Im behind on my movies
What’d you get your mom?!
Haul: Scurried over to Sephora on my lunch break to take advantage of the last day of the VIB Rouge sale. Picked up a Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Coral, Hourglass Femme Rouge Velvet Creme Lipstick in Grace, and Becca Beach Tint Shimmer Souffle in Watermelon/Moonstone. Also ordered Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Fireball online (thanks for the tip that it was available, Temptalia!).
Weekend plans: Yoga, hiking, hosting dinner for my sister and her girlfriend. We will be watching Unlikely Animal Friends!
Last movie I watched: Annabelle. Have to say it was disappointing, barely scary at all. 🙁
Ahh! Love the Becca Beach Tint Souffles.
Haul: I went a little crazy between Ulta 20% and Sephora 15%. I’ll have to try to be good for the next few months. Too Faced Metallic in Debutante, Peony, and Jelly. Jelly might go back, because for the life of me, I cannot keep it off my teeth! Anyone have any tricks? It’s a beautiful color, I don’t want to send it back.
Armani Luminous Silk foundation, KA Candlelight, Hourglass bronzer, Bite Beauty buttercream in Rosewood and Pecan, Marc Jacobs lipliner in Honeybun, Benefit Dallas, and Tarte Maracuja oil.
Also Clinique Pansy Pop, which I can’t get any color out of save for rubbing the actual compact on my cheeks! And I’m about as pale as they get. Sadness.
Weekend: working.
The only tip I can think is to apply less or to blot once (it’s so pigmented, it could probably handle blotting once)!
Haul: MUFE plexi-gloss in Beetle, Sephora pro eye brushes (#15, #18), Sephora mini pencil sharpener, Pretty Zombie Cosmetic liquid lipsticks in Purple Poison and Vamp. Broken Serpent leggings from Sovrin, Black Widow jacket from Her Universe, Poe-ka Dots tote bag from OutOfPrintClothing.com.
Weekend Plans: Dark Lord Day tomorrow! Also starting to get ready and pack, we leave for my brother’s wedding in Idaho on Wednesday morning, and Sunday is my only day off before then.
Last movie you watched: Interstellar.
How are you liking the Pro brushes so far, Alice?
Have fun at your brother’s wedding!!
I’ve only tried the #18 shader brush so far. It’s a little on the stiff side but that’s kind of what I was looking for, and it worked really well for the Urban Decay Electric palette eye look I did today. I’ll probably pick up a few more just so I don’t have to double dip the brush into different shadow pans.
Haul: I just purchased 2 products during the Sephora sale: Giorgio Armani’s Eye Tint in Senso and Smashbox LA Lights in Silverlake Sunset. The Smashbox blush stick came already used, with a deep fingerprint on the top. Gross. I don’t know why I always have such terrible experiences with Sephora but I think I’m done with them! They’re sending another one – supposedly.
Week-end plans: not much, it’s really gray and chilly (unusual for San Diego!) so we’ll probably be inside more.
Last movie: I think it was Predestination. Not bad but could have been better.
Senso!! Love, love.
I hope you get your replacement soon!
Haul: Too much. 🙂 Manic Panic Dreamtone Foundation in white. (Thanks again to whoever suggested it for mixing: It’s perfect!). ABH Artist Palette Summer 2015: The pigmentation on mine is excellent, including Unicorn. Blue Velvet is a little patchy, but can be worked with. Bullet dodged. Ardency Inn Mondster Manuka Honey Enriched Pigments in Heaven, Hell, Orchid and Disco. Too Faced Villain: Such a weird color; I love it. UD 24/7 eyeliner pencil in Asphyxia. MUFE Artist Plexigloss in Beetle: It shows up darker and more opaque on me, but not completely opaque. I really like it! That notched applicator is awesome, too. UD eyeshadow in Lounge and Backfire. LA Girl Neons eyeshadow palette. Nyx black eyeshadow base, some Nyx eyeshadow singles (the square quilted ones and Ultimate Pearl Shadows). Some Bourjois Dose De Nacres Eyeshadow Powders.
I ordered the new MUFE palettes, UD blush in Bittersweet and Rapture, and UD eyeshadow in Dive Bar, but they haven’t arrived yet.
Weekend plans: Our favorite cheap Chinese restaurant changed locations 3 years ago, but had some issues and never got reopened. Till today. We’re definitely going to hit the new site and see if the food is as good. I hope so. The staff and owners were always so nice, and knew us since before we had kids. They’d always do special substitutions because of our kids sensory issues/being picky eaters, or give our kids extra of things they liked, put neon-colored straws in their drinks. Little things to spoil our kids. Now our kids are adults; it will be nice to show the owners how our boys turned out.
What was the last movie you watched?: Airplane. The kids were watching it on Netflix. Hubby and I were in another room at first, but we could hear it. We kept laughing so much we ended up going in the living room and joining the kids.
So glad to hear that you’re happy with the Artist Palette, Rachel! 🙂
Have a blast at your reopened favorite restaurant!
Thank you. Have a great weekend!
Hee, hee. The rest of my UD stuff just arrived.
Haul: Nothing actuallly, but I’m running out of concealer, face powder, favorite foundation and mascara so it’s time to get some shopping done! I have no idea what powder to get, so if you have any student-friendly recommendations it would be appreciated! 🙂
Weekend plans: Dance performance tomorrow, then plan dance lessons, and on sunday I have the dance lessons… I already have blisters!
Last movie watched: I just came home from the cinema, I saw Avengers: Age of Ultron! It was soooooo good! I had really high expectations and let’s just say it lived up to them.
Oooh, how fun!
Do you use loose or pressed powder? Are you looking for flesh-toned or translucent?
Translucent, preferably pressed but I actually haven’t tried loose so maybe it’s time haha.
NARS’ Crystal Light pressed is good! 🙂
Haul: Stila Eyes are the Windows Palette in the “Spirit” colours; Marcelle Ideal Skin Perfector (what a great product), some Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen SPF 110 (I’ve been looking for this since last summer)
Weekend plans: bbqing dinner for a friend who is coming to stay, visiting daughter and son in law and taking them out to brunch on Sunday (my friend wants to see their home and their gorgeous cat), groceries, gas, laundry, gym – all that dull stuff too
Last movie I watched – Pirate Radio! I was amazed that I’d never heard of this film, as I love Bill Nighy and I love British films and tv series, etc.
OH! That reminds me: I got that Clarins spray you mentioned last week! Looking forward to trying it out off your rec!
Have a fantastic brunch, Mariella! 🙂
I really hope you like it, Christine. I do wish it came in a larger bottle but it’s such a nice product and I figure it’s a bit of an indulgence.
Just wanted to write in that i ADORE Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur area!!!! Went there for my birthday last year.
Haul: Nothing fun lately!! I got a refill of Paula Begoun’s skin-balancing toner this week… I’m obsessed with her skin care line, my skin never looks as good on the days when I don’t use the toner/bha/retinol products… I’m just really lazy and sometimes only manage to use a face wipe before i go to bed. I see noticeable differences in the am and after a few days solid of doing the full routine morning and night.
Weekend Plans: my dude is out of town for a family thing, so I’m having dinner, going to yoga, and hanging with friends til he gets back in Saturday nite. Also, watching NBA playoffs (go Blazers!… they need all the help they can get), and studying Espanol… i’ve only gone to 3 of my 4 classes this semester and am way way behind.
Last Movie… we saw IT FOLLOWS which was a really awesome and creepy horror movie! Very atmospheric.
How fun!! Any recommendations for things to do/places to eat at, Johanna?
Skincare can be fun 😉
Haul (although I guess it’s not much): Clinique cheek pop in Pansy (hoping this won’t look too cool toned on me since I’m really yellow), Kari Gran Naked Whip Lip in Cinnamon for the sis who’s a lip balm fiend.
Weekend plans: studying 🙁
Last movie watched: Anna Karenina on Netflix; don’t recommend heh.. I’m more of a TV person than movie.. Game of Thrones! check! Orphan Black! check!
I hope Pansy works for you, Grace!
Haul: Sephora canceled my orders (they do this EVERYTIME there is a sale! Seriously, the last 4 sales this happened. Never any problem when I pay full price). By the time I was able to get an order to actally go through all the UD eyshadows in my original orders were sold out. I ended up with three UD blushes: Rapture, Bittersweet and Bang. I was also able to grab MUFE XL palette x3 before they sold out again (I’ve been trying to get them for months!).
Weekend plans: Relax!
Last movie: I never watch movies. The last time I watched a movie was more than a year ago! The problem with movies imo is that by the time you start carimg about the characters the movie is over. I very much prefer tv shows where I can get to teally know the characters and see them develop over time.
Wow! I’m so surprised 🙁 I can’t believe it keeps happening to you.
I am jealous you snagged the XL palettes!!!
I had that problem when the $20 reward coupons came out. I ordered 4 or 5 times, included once on the phone with customer service. They swore it was all taken care of. They don’t tell you when it’s canceled, so by the last try, when it didn’t show up, my coupon expired. I was super-pissed, but customer service would do nothing about it. They claimed the problem was with my card, but I know I had plenty of money in the bank. I had a hard time believing it wasn’t on purpose. So much for the perks of being Rouge.
Mellan <3!
For the first time this year I have something to report, as a smallish haul. I have been, and still am on a makeup buying ban, but I needed soem skincare, and some lipsticks fount their way home.
Too Faced Melted Fuchsia, I just say wow, the pigmentation is fantastic! Also from Too Faced Lip Cream in Coral Fire, I find it very pleasant to wear.
From MAC, lipstick in Patisserie.
The lipstick colours are all over the place this week 🙂
From Clinique, cheek pop in Plum Pop. Lovely!
Some skincare from different brands.
Weekend, we have a cleaning/fixing garden day on Sunday, so a bit of garden job, and then I'm visiting a fleamarket type of thing with a friend.
Last movie was Olympus has Fallen, TIVO thought I should watch it, so I did. It was an OK action movie, not going to make my top films ever, but OK.
What a fun haul, Helene! 🙂 It must have felt so exciting to have a little haul!
Haul: MUFE Artist palettes, both nude and electric (yay!) and Urban Decay eye shadow in Dive Bar (also beautiful); Cover Fx Custom Cover Drops in N20 and P20, neither of which, sadly, is working for me (I don’t understand how Cover Fx can miss my skin tone so completely with all the shades they have — and I did swatch these in store before ordering during the sale, on my wrist it looked like combining the two would work); FAB Pure Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer (very nice — too bad the Cover Drops aren’t working — will try it under foundation samples); Dr. Jart+ Premium Beauty Balm (good sunscreen ingredients for me and a reasonable color for me, but nowhere near enough coverage, and again the drops aren’t working); Kevyn Aucoin the Sensual Skin Enhancer (darn! why is this fragranced?); Beauty Blender and the solid cleanser (very nice — better than dupes I’ve tried); and the Neutral Matte ViseArt eye shadow palette (very pigmented, very blendable, only three shades are so warm that they’ll be a challenge to wear, a few of the shades are even cool — hooray — but they are surprisingly powdery in the pan (not on the eyelid)). I’m really pleased with the eye shadows (especially the MUFE, and the matte neutral Viseart shadows are a great complement to them), going to sadly have to return the Cover Drops, Skin Enhancer, and maybe the Dr. Jart, unless I can make it work as a sunscreen under other foundation — but it seems like the combination will be way too heavy — will experiment and see.
Weekend plans: I have to work tomorrow, so Sunday I hope to rest. I’ve had a very hectic and difficult few weeks, with a client to get home from the hospital and staffing difficulties. Playing with my new eyeshadows 🙂
The last movie I watched: It’s been too long, but something on TCM, I’m sure!
I can’t believe you aren’t able to find a good match in Cover FX 🙁 They seem to have such a full range of shades to choose from.
Have a restful Sunday!
I think I have a really weird skin tone. My undertones are strongly cool, but definitely *not* pink, so neutral shades sometimes work better than pink shades on me, since they correct the ruddiness of my rosacea. But the N20 is way too yellow and the P20 is too peach. Mixed together, there’s still too much yellow, and some pink that I really don’t need. Since both are a bit light, I may try the P30, but it will most likely be a bit too dark and end up looking orange on me. Which sounds weird for a shade that’s supposed to be for cool undertones, but that’s what tends to happen. I nearly always end up mixing shades together to get something that approximates my skin tone; usually the lightest, ‘porcelain’ shade with dab of a darker shade that has a bit of a rich, tanned quality to it without looking too yellow or peach. With many lines, like NARS, all the shades are too yellow for me. Since I need to wear mineral sunscreen all the time, I mostly try TMs and BB and CC creams, so there are a lot of foundations I haven’t tried yet. Once I find the perfect all-mineral sunscreen to wear under foundation (that FAB one just might work — I tried one from Paula’s Choice that would be good if I wanted a matte finish, but I need something more glow-y or dewy for my face — so I’m using it for my neck/decollete), I’ll be able to try out a lot more foundations. Until then there isn’t much point.
Honestly, mixing is the best way to go. I find I always mix, and that I actually prefer it in many ways – probably because finding a perfect match is hard, so if you’re lucky you get one that’s close enough. I just love mixing so I can adjust as necessary!
Mixing is fun, too, I think, although the initial purchase of two colors can be difficult. I did get to talk to a CoverFx specialist at a Sephora, she said the N20 would definitely be the closest match CoverFx has for me, that the N30 would be way too dark. Since the N20 was both too yellow and too light, and mixing the P20 with it helped a little but didn’t really work, I think CoverFx is just a line that doesn’t work with my skin tone. I came to this conclusion once before when I tried some of their other products, but I was really hoping to be able to use the Custom Cover Drops. I’m pretty disappointed, I think I could do a lot of cool things mixing those drops!
Went to return a couple items, a rarity for me and I came with…. Too Faced Twice the Drama; Bobbi Brown Eye Shadows in Banana and Velvet Plum; Cover FX Custom Cover Drops in G50; Nars Lipsticks in Sexual Healing and Cruising; Fresh Soy Face Cleanser; a SC Pro Blending Brush #27; Cover FX Mattifying Primer; Marc Jacobs Eye 7 Palette, Dreamer 212; Escada Paradise 1 oz.; and Benefits Gimmie Brow L/M … and then I removed my makeup and re-applied with my new toys 🙂
Nice haul, Ali! Lots of fun things 🙂
Haul: Clinique cheek cola pop and Nars reflecting loose setting powder.
Weekendplans: work 🙁 and study.
What was the last movie you watched? Avengers
Good luck studying 🙂
Haul: Oribe Bright Blonde Conditioner for Beautiful Color — Not only a new (eek!) Oribe collection, but the bottle is the most insanely gorgeous deep peachy color with a gold cap. I died! Also, Hourglass ALP in Luminous Light, Urban Decay Chill setting spray, Kahina Prickly Pear Seed Oil, ColourPop blushes in Trickery, Prenup, and Holiday, ColourPop lippie stix and lippie pencil in Lumiere. Probably going to order a sample set of some green beauty goodies – face oils and serums, RMS un-cover up, etc. I’m really dying to pick Lina Hanson’s Global Face Serum and Satori perfume oil.
Weekend plans: go shopping for a new TV as mine died this week for some reason, studying for a professional certification exam coming up in two weeks, hit up the dog park, maybe do some used clothes shopping
Last move: The Big Wedding (meh)
Great haul, Jes! Are you a big fan of Oribe’s hair care products?
Oh my goodness, yes! Oribe shampoos and conditioners smell so good, and they perform really well! Only downside is the price.
At least it performs well! 🙂
Haul: umm, I don’t think I got anything this week.
Weekend plans: Go to my friend’s house for dinner. That’s pretty much it.
What was the last movie you watched?: If I don’t count movies I second-hand watched, the last one I watched was The Nightmare Before Christmas. I am currently second-hand watching The House of Magic.
Hope you had a great weekend, Kat!
Haul: I got one of my Sephora orders from the VIB sale; repurchased 2 Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatments, Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener in Light Medium Peach, and Tata Harper Replenishing Nutrient Complex. I also got Clinique Cheek Pop in Fig Pop, Clinique Moisture Surge Facial Spray, NARS All Day Luminous Foundation in Fiji & Ceylan. And a few Sephora Brand eye liners for my mom! 🙂
Weekend plans: Girls game night with friends tomorrow! And a run 🙂
What was the last movie you watched?: Forgetting Sarah Marshall was on TV last night!
I actually got a few pyjama sets on sale from Joe Fresh this week too! Super cute and super affordable!
I see someone is a fan of Good Genes 😉

And one last Sephora sale order: UD Sheer Revolution Lipstick in Ladyflower, UD Revolution Lipstick in Maniac, Too Faced La Creme lipstick in Bumbleberry, Kat Von D Studded Lipstick in Wonderchilde, Sephora Contour Eye Pencil in Indulge Yourself (green), Sephora Colorful Shadow & Liner in Khaki.
Plans: Trip to Ikea at some point and a baseball game on Sunday.
Last Movie I Watched: the 2014 World Series Film
They are addictive, aren’t they? Good and cheap… hard not to collect!
Haul: Urban Decay shadows-Dive bar, Lounge, Backfire,Tonic, &Fireball;UD glosses in Liar and Punch drunk; Marc Jacobs Le Marc lip Crème in Core Cora( we will see how it goes),Josie Maran Argan Enlightenment Illuminizing wand, liquid, and powder(highlighter fetish issue :)) Marc Jacobs eye con 7 Night owl(finally!); Both the MUFE artst shadow palettes. I wound up with 3 Guerlian terracotta bronzing powders, #2,#3,&5. I think am going to keep #5 and either #2 or #3 unless the Tom Ford bronzers blow them away or are very similar. The problem I am having is I cannot tell much if any difference between #2 and #3 ,even looking at your photos, Christine. Which would you prefer? Are you still favoring #3? I noticed you rated #2 slightly higher. Sephora Pro brushes #59 and #79.I have the Anasatsia artist palette.( But 95% certain I will be returning it ..not overly impressed). Also, a bunch of skin care stuff. Thank Goodness there was a sale!
Weekend Plans: I feel like a broken record on this part: My daughter’s soccer game, laundry, trying to get to organizing my makeup that is now a huge mess since I just hauled a ton of stuff. If I can , I really, really need to clean the closets, paint my toenails, and get some rest(ha!)
Movie: the last full movie I watched was the new Cinderella. it was actually pretty good IMO.
I’m so happy to hear the new Cinderella is good! One of my favorite Disney movies of all time, so I am looking forward to seeing the live action one sometime.
I like the #3 more, as #2 is a little too red for me!
Haul: Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade, Anastasia brush #12, Urban Decay lipstick in Naked, Tarte Neon Lights eyelash curler, Philosophy Microdelivery Dual-Phase Peel
Weekend plans: Packing up everything in my dorm and moving back home for the summer! (Sooo excited! (and very happy to be done with finals 🙂 )

YAY! Happy to hear you made it through finals. Good luck with the move!

Weekend Plans: Visiting with friends tonight, sushi last night, and Sunday is grocery shopping.
Last movie I saw: I can’t remember. It was recently too. So that’s how good it was 🙁
How is the Pacifica Lip Butter?
Hi, Christine! I’ve missed responding to your posts…been busy with our wedding, honeymoon and returning to the reality! 🙂

What products have helped you most so far for your drier skin now, Elisa? Did you find any oily skin gems?
The Emma hardie balm has been great for both my oily and now dry skin…which is one of the things I love the most about it. However if you don’t like fragranced skin cleanser stay away!
Also the neutrogena hydra boost is great and drugstore to boot, which is always nice.
Thank you!! 🙂
