- Weekend plans: We’re going to my parents’ house for a grilling day, since my mom just got a new grill!
- How often do you change your purse?: Every six months or so! Even though I don’t carry a lot, I can never be bothered to switch stuff from one to another.

I purchased two YSL glossy stains and finally got “my” red, Guerlain Rouge G in Genna.
Weekend plans, hopefully enjoy a childless weekend with the SO while the little one stays with the grandparents.
I switch back and forth depending on the size I need. I have a large bag that can fit my ipad, a small purse and a clutch-sized wristlet that’s the perfect size to fit my phone, wallet, eyedrops and a lip product. I just got the wristlet a few months ago and I’ve been using that pretty frequently.

Haul: Some Inika make-up and some Lily Lolo make-up. And I finally got my hands on the Nanoblur thanks to a friend in the US! I am still trying to figure it out though…
Weekend plans: Assemble our new computers with the boyfriend, work a little for the blog, and relax.
How often do you change your purse?: Not often. I tend to invest in a nice bag and then stick to it until it’s all worn.
How long does it usually take for you to wear out a bag?

Weekend plans: Nothing specific yet, but I’ll probably make some ice cream tomorrow.
How often do you change your purse?: Everyday. I collect bags next to make-up, so I have a lot of them. I like switching things up, and changing bags/purses can be quite relaxing, for me at least. 🙂

Haul: All of the stuff I ordered from ebay last week came in, and I also ordered NARS Exotic Dance & Madly (which is fairly different than any other blush I own, but I think it may work out!); I also ordered Yamal & 413 BLKR singles from NARS.com (along with the mini Aigle Noir pencil, which I love). I picked up an e.l.f. bronzer & All Over Stick (in Persimmon) on a whim at Target.
Plans: Cleaning; begin preparing for school to restart in a few weeks.
Change Purse: Basically, when one gets too cluttered, I’ll switch to a new one, and eventually clean out the first… This could be after a few weeks, or as long as a couple of months. Most of my purses are black, so I don’t have to worry about “matching” my purse to my outfit.
I usually go for black purses, too, to maximize matching!
Haul: nothing; went to Sephora in hopes that BM Power Neutrals was in – nope! Checked the Dior counter for Bonne Etoile (see what you do to me, Christine!) – not in yet either.
Weekend plans: pardon the shouting but MY BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER IS GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW!!!!! That pretty much takes care of the weekend plans – rehearsal and rehearsal dinner tonight (we’d have liked Thursday but Fr. M doesn’t get back til today). Wedding and reception tomorrow and post wedding breakfast for the out of town guests on Sunday. Next week, life can return to normal routines but I am so happy for my dear girl!
How often do you change your purse: Like you, Christine, I can’t be bothered moving stuff around on a daily basis and I carry so much stuff that it really is a bother. Mind you, lately, with all the showers and parties and things, and wanting to look a bit more lady-like and pulled together, I have been switching purses a lot more. In fact, I have to move my stuff to a more “presentable” bag for this weekend (and that’s not counting the way too tiny purse I have for the wedding; it seemed a decent size til I tried putting in my “bare minimum” stuff, including all the contact lens “just in case” items and a teeny pair of reading glasses). I should have bought a bigger bag; I’m just really glad I didn’t go for the even smaller one that I really liked!
I can’t believe that they still don’t have either palette!

Haul:
A bit of a polish spree because my supplier/crack dealer just got the shipment in. Got the new Zoya Pixie dusts in Chita and Carter. Zoya Giovanna and Zoya Channing. I also grabbed OPI Alcatraz…Rocks because I can’t get enough textured polishes.
Weekend plans:
Mini house party/video game marathon on Saturday at a friend’s house
Do seasonal purge of my wardrobe
Update my nail polish collection spreadsheet

How often do you change your purse?:
Twice a year (once during spring, then fall). I also change it for a special occasion like a formal party or fancy dining. Also when I travel I swap my normal (largish) bag for something easier to carry around.

Haul: from the Ariel collection – storylook palette, mirror and quad , from opi – Alcatraz rocks and In the cable carpool lane, a few sephora brand eyeshadows and finally the too faced pretty rebel palette
Weekend plans: just relaxing, my husband finally has some time off
Purse change: depends on the size I need lol, I tend to favor the big purses so sometimes I need to downgrade depending on where we are going

Haul: NARS blushes in Taos, Taj Mahal, Sin, Outlaw and Lovejoy, GA ETK eyeshadows in June Beetle and Rose Popillia, OPI Peace & Love & OPI, I Knead Sour-Dough and Muir Muir on the Wall nail polishes, Zoya Channing, Giovanna, Neve, Mason and Livingston nail polish.
Weekend plans: Celebrate my grandmother’s birthday on Sunday.
How often do you change your purse?: I currently switch between two purses, I have most things I need in both, so all I have to move over is my phones and wallet. They are both used a couple of times a week depending on what I wear.

Totally forgot to change my plans – though they are technically all things that still need to be done, LOL!
Haul: Nothing so far, but I do plan to go to Nordstrom this weekend to pick up another Guerlain quad, Les Violets.

Haul: The rest of the Wolfe FX line of shades Appetizer, Palettes and Large jars in black and white . I ran out of white i figure i might as well order the rest as well. 😉
Weekend plans: More work!
How often do you change your purse?: just “fall/winter” and “spring/summers”. Prefer my messenger style long strap bags so I’ve just don’t use the ones I have anymore.

The highlight of my week is the Mellan photo. Not only is he beautiful and sweet natured but it’s a joy to see how loved and well taken care of he is. Thanks for sharing those with us Christine!

Haul: some of the wet n wild pop art palettes and polishes
Also, I made my first polish purchase from llarowe, I scored some picture polish beauties, and crowes toes ‘me and this army’ and ‘one trick pony’ ( if its described as looking like an oil slick, then ya, I gotta have it!!)
Weekend plans: since I’m a cook at a summer camp, every weekend is filled with 5am shifts running around making food for a bunch of people, then collapsing into bed and sleeping the rest of the day away in bed, rise, then repeat. Haha
Purse: I’ve got a one year old son, so usually I don’t have a purse, but more of a big bulky lion king diaper bag, haha but when i do go out alone I usually sport one of my ‘Santa cruz’ totes, because I love to rep the beautiful city I’m from :):):)

Haul: Orly Fowl Play, Finger Paints Flecked, Zoya Jem, Nuance Salma Hayek LIpstick in Wine, Cover Girl Clump Crusher, Lashblast mascaras. I also picked up two Cover Girl Glosstinis nail polish, a purple and an orange.
Weekend plans: Since the sun is hiding in NYC, I want to swatch and photograph a bunch of items for the blog tomorrow. Hopefully there will be enough light. I’m also doing a quick photo shoot tomorrow and meeting a friend for cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery.
How often do you change your purse?: Gosh, I guess whenever mine gets old? 😛 I just got a nice Kenneth Cole bag to replace the shabby old one.

Haul: Some stuff from Sephora: Jack Black lip balm, Glamglow face mask, and Josie Maran Argan Oil
Weekend Plans: work out, work a little and then go to the beach in punta cana (yes I live in the Caribbean)
Usually throughout the week I’ll stick with “the big bag” which is either a black satchel with studs or a convertible crossover brown/cognac tote. They fit everything!

Everybody’s getting the Glamglow face mask!!
Haul: I friend of mine personal shopped 2 No. 7 brushes and the Real Techniques Duo Fibre Brush set in the UK and gave it to me yesterday when we met.
Weekend plans: After a hard working week, I have nothing planned yet. Maybe spontanious meet one of my girls for ice cream or pizza.
How often do you change your purse?: It depends on what I am doing. I don’t have a “signature” bag, which I almost use every day. When I go for a business trip, I use a bigger one, compared to a normal office day. If it snows, I won’t use my leather bag. When I go out for dinner or coctails, I use a clutch, a shopper with a strap I use when I go shopping.

Haul: Tokyomilk Tainted Love, Fandom Cosmetics ‘Somebody Help Will Graham’, Hare Polish ‘Return to Nature’, Hourglass Ambient powder in ‘Mood Light’, Out the Door topcoat, Sally Hansen Sugar Coat ‘Treat Heart’, Living Proof Prime Style Extender.
Weekend plans: Cleaning most of the day Saturday with a little tv in between, and maybe some Diablo 3. Sunday’s soupmaking, a mani/pedi/facemask/hairwashing break and as much rp as I can manage.
How often do you change your purse? Every couple years unless a major falling apart happens. I usually get my purses secondhand.
What soup are you making?
Haul- I hauled the call of the wild palette from tarte during their FF sale. Also a few things from TheBalm while they were on haute look Mary and Betty Lou-Manizers, Frat Boy and Cabana Boy blushes.
Weekend Plans- Beaching it all weekend and reading a book, summertime relaxjng!!!!
Bag Change- Probably 3-4 times a year
